Allure Winter Beauty Box 2013 Review

I so need to get one of these boxes!

Just got my box. My substitution for the nail polish is Neutrogena Moisture Shine Lip Smoother. I was really affraid of the condition my items might come in. Due to having a ice storm in the area the shipping was delayed twice. Very fortunate everything arrived in one piece. Still using items from the fall box. Looking forward to try almost all the items in the box. I will be on the look out for the spring box.

When will the next allure box go on sale??
Anyone have an idea when I need to start looking to catch the next one?

My substitution for the Sation nail polish was a colorescience line tamer primer. I have never heard of this brand before so I looked it up online, I got a good deal on this substitute!

I am so sad that I missed out on this box! I didn’t even know it existed! (thus why I love your blog so very much!)

Any idea when the next one will be available?

Just got both of my boxes today. I ordered one for my sister and myself, these were such a good deal but when we open our boxes my detangler spay was half way gone and my sisters cetaphil cream was broken. I really did love everything but these things really put a damper on our excitement .

I just received mine today and also got the cheap-o makeup bag as the replacement. Really my only disappointment as the rest of the product was great – just as advertised.

I got mine today and am quite impressed. Only hiccup everything is frozen solid or almost frozen. Hope it defrosts ok, lol. I got the Burts Bees cream as a replacement.

I just got mine last night. I love it! I got a Buxom lip gloss as a Sation replacement. I’m already in LOVE with the Ultra Repair Cream and have the Zoya polish on today!

This is the second Allure box that I purchased and I am not very happy right now. I got the make up bag as a replacement and not a nail product; that would be a better match for the Sation polish. Also, the one-n-only Brazilian tech keratin de-frizz wand was not in my box and I can’t find a way to contact the distributor about it. This may be the last time I do this.

im so glad i asked my sister to grab me one too cuz i really like it! the Gold Loreal coral lip is the first item i tried and its great!,even after the gloss fades off the color left on my lips is very pretty and soft! 🙂

I just got mine today – my 1st Allure box since last time is tried they sold out before I could snag one. It’s definitely a ton of products – most are drugstore brands not some of the more expensive brands that come in my monthly subscription boxes, but I knew that before purchasing. Plus, to buy just the nail products at a store, you’d pay about the same price as the total box cost – so definitely a big savings and good value. I got the cloth make-up bag as a replacement for the Station Nail Lacquer, which is fine with me as I really don’t need another nail polish. At this point, I might have to build an addition on to my house for my sample addiction. I’m most excited to try the Ultra Repair Cream and Teeth Whitener. All in all – my verdict is a positive thumbs up.

My box is supposed to be delivered today! Can’t wait to tear into it! None of the makeup really looks like colors I will use, but I m excited to try the teeth whitening pen and the airbrush leg spray as well as the Rusk products and the keratin wand! Love these boxes!

I got my box today and I was so happy! With all the products in the box, it was like opening several subscription boxes at once. Thank you for bringing the box to my attention! BTW, I got a box of Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Strips in French Manicure to replace the Sation polish.

I received my box the same day as well. Instead of getting a Fuzzy nail polish, I got a zippered makeup bag. all in all its a great value for the price! Thanks for sharing the prices!

I received mine today and I was really impressed with this box. I have gotten others in the past and I think I will use the majority of what is in this box. Also, whatever I don’t use I know my daughter will. My replacement product for the Sation polish was a Burt’s Bee’s night time cream which doesn’t really thrill me, but it is not a deal breaker either. I love these boxes, even with most being drug store brands I don’t usually buy a product unless I am familiar with it, so it is a nice way to discover budget friendly products.

I may be in the minority, but that box just doesn’t excite me. All the items you can pretty much buy at the drug store. With my subscription boxes, I like getting things that are totally unique and new.

It was definitely a good value though.

Even though it’s such a great value, I’m still feeling guilty about the purchase because it wasn’t in my holiday budget. So I set aside all the nail polishes and some other items because– they’ll make great stocking stuffers. I’m excited to have lots of great lotions for myself to last through the winter. And I never, ever wear eyeshadow, but I tried the pen out today and got a compliment on it!

I jumped onto the site exactly on time and they were sold out already. Envious of those who got this beauty box. Looks fantastic

Holy cow! The value on this box is incredible! I’ll have to try and snag it the next time one comes out.

I should have purchased! I was on the fence and decided against it but next time I’m doing it!
