Is it time to get nervous? The August boxes haven’t yet shipped and there’s no response from customer service. Dated 9/9/14. I don’t know what to do in a case like this.

This is a weird deal. I’m not sure I want to sign up a friend for a subscription, maybe if it was a 1 time gift box I was getting was the get one free. (or BOGO for myself)
To give a friend that’s not familiar with the whole subscription box services gift or send them something and then tell them they have to go online to cancel if they don’t want to pay for another box I don’t know about that.
