The Tasteful Pantry Treat Box Subscription Review

The Tasteful Pantry recently launched their Treat Box - a monthly subscription service that caters to people who avoid certain types of foods. You can select any mix of the following, and they will deliver a customized box of treats you can enjoy: gluten-free, dairy-free,vegan, soy-free, nut-free.

I avoid gluten and dairy in my diet, so this box really appeals to me, and I was thrilled when The Tasteful Pantry offered to send me a box to review.

Enjoy Life Double Chocolate Crunchy Cookies - Value $2

Giddy Up & Go Granola - Value $3

Jump Start Apple Bar - Value $2

I think this Enjoy Life Double Chocolate Crunchy Cookie is the best gluten-free cookie I've ever had - and it's not even made with gluten-free oats! (I try to avoid oats as well).

Angie's Classic Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn - Value $2

Eat Your Vegetables Chips in Sea Salt - Value $2

Sea's Gift Roasted Wasabi Seaweed - Value $2

I love Angie's popcorn - this bag was devoured almost immediately after this picture was taken!

Verdict: I wish the value of the items in the box had been higher, but I think it's a great service if you have several dietary restrictions. As far as I know, there are no other subscription services that currently allow this much customization for dietary purposes (it looks like Tasterie cut down their options), so while this box might not be a great value for everyone, it definitely can be a great box for those who have  dietary restrictions.

Oh, I also should mention that everything I sampled so far I loved! What do you think of The Tasteful Pantry Treat Box?

I just discovered your site this week and signed up for Ipsy on your referral link. We are gluten free as well so I am interested in this box as well. What did you think of the wasabi seaweed? That item looks weird.
