The Neiman Marcus POPSUGAR Must Have Box is now Available!

I did go in on one for a multi-blogger giveaway, but I am not eligible to win, lol. What’s funny is that I didn’t want to spend $250 on this box, and then yesterday, my truck broke and it was $280 to fix. *Sigh*. Fingers crossed for a great regular box, and a $100 LE box in the near future! I have seen the throw priced for as low as $165, though, if somebody “needs” it. I am totally obsessing over getting one now-but I might just make it my next crochet project (which will take a year, and won’t be fashionable by the time I finish probably!).

I’m glad it’s sold out. That way, temptation cannot get the best of me this time!

Like many others, I agree that this box is way too much to spend when you don’t really know what you’re getting. The throw isn’t really tempting because you can’t pick the color and that is important to me. Also, as far as makeup, I like to select my own colors for that as well. It just seems so risky for that much money. I can think of 1000 things I could buy with $250 that I know I would absolutely love. I wonder if there’s a chance they’ll offer a coupon since the majority seems to agree the price is too high. Fingers crossed!

The throw doesn’t tempt me! Not to mention one cannot choose their color! A couple more spoilers may have changed my mind. I would rather take the amount and head to Neiman’s beauty department, in store or online! I will get much less in terms of value, however I will get what I want! I love cosmetics, fragrance and makeup. When I buy I usually get wonderful samples. Between these samples and the subscription box samples I am set for gifts for friends!

I am on the fence about getting it. I like the blankets (except the grey one, ewe) and the Jonathan Adler and Metier items are promising, but the price is a lot! Also, I have seen similar blanks for significantly less (ex. http://fab.com/browse/blankets-throws/?page=1).

*Sigh* What to do…

I was on the fence about this box and figured I’d hit “order” and debate on it before I entered my credit card information. Umm, it turns out hitting the “order” button actually completes the sale since I’m already a Popsugar member. I thought I’d at least get an order summary screen, but nope. I felt sick about it, but after reading more about it I think it will be ok. If I can use the items in the box as Christmas gifts, I’ll actually come out a bit ahead this holiday season.

Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars. Seriously. That’s ridiculous. I’m pretty sure Popsugar doesn’t pay anything for the items in the boxes, right? So… They’re just raking in the profits on these ones. Ah well, I hope they are awesome for those of you that got them! I’m sure I’ll wish I had, but I’m not biting this time.

I’ve been stalking spoilers and threads about this box since it was announced…sadly, I have to pass on it. The price is just too much! 🙁
I’m sure it’s going to be amazing, though!

I’m being brave and proud of myself for all the hard work I did this past month so I want to reward myself with this excellent box…. The $250 fee really scared me today and I’m not too happy about that, however, I still went on to order it, only to find out I have ANOTHER $18 that is added to it for tax… so now the total is $268.13.
This box BETTER BE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The October Must Have Box was absolutely fabulous, I was so happy about all the stuff included (as you can tell by my review hahaha) so hopefully I have the same enthusiasm for this much more pricey box as I did with this month’s regular one!! 🙂

I am still debating it. I think having another spoiler would help me to make my decision instantly!

Just ordered it! I have been looking for a nice throw so that made it worth the gamble. I’m hoping it will include a chic jewelry piece to wear to holiday parties.

I was prepared to shell out $150 but this is too high for me. I am eager to see what people get though!

With that price I might as while get PopSugar 12 month subscription! Lol

Booooooo, I was really hoping it would be under $200. With fall shopping behind me and Christmas Wishlists ahead of me I just can’t do it.

Yikes! $250 is a lot when you don’t even know if you will like it. I have a feeling I am going to be feeling sorry for myself though when I find out what was in the boxes.

Popsugar is probably my favorite female-centric box (I enjoy Bespoke and Mantry, though I don’t purchase them every month). As most of you have stated, a NM collaboration is probably going to be fab, but really, I just refuse to pay $250 for…blind trinkets. The problem is, of course there will be nice things to regift, but so many people are into boxes now, if I were to give something as a Christmas/bday gift, the recipient would think “OH, I like it but I guess it was a reject from her subscription boxes!” lol

So SAD!! I said if it was $100 would def. gt it, 150-200 I would think about it, but it’s $250, so I won’t be getting it!! I will sit sadly in the corner and read EVERY spolier and review for this box and CRY!!

Well, I bit the bullet and ordered it. I just hope I don’t get the orange throw. I just couldn’t pass it up after getting the Fall Fashion Must Have box and thought it was wonderful.

Now, I have to also pay to extend my subscription before they raise the prices in November.

Too much for my budget 🙁 but I bet it will be lovely.
