Studio Wed Box Review - October 2013

Studio Wed Box is a new subscription box for brides that launched this year. This is their second box, and I am so impressed with the presentation of their packaging! I think this subscription would make a great gift for a bride-to-be!

Studio Wed Box kindly sent me the October box to review.

This box came with brochures about the Nordstrom Wedding Suite.

It also included a sample wedding dress illustration from Katie Fischer Design. I think this would make such a great gift for a bride!

I love that everything included is so thoughtful and useful for the wedding day! I'm sure these wipes will be key to have on hand for photos!

This box also included information on how to get a free paid of tieks shoes and a 20% discount on your bridesmaid shoes. I contacted tieks for more information, and if you buy 4 or more tieks as bridesmaid gifts, you get a free pair for yourself!

Verdict: I thought that the curation of this box was great - just like the September box, everything included would be great for the big day! Unfortunately I thought that this month's box value was low - about half the cost of the box. I hope that the November box goes back to the value of the September box or more! (I never count coupons/offers toward the value of the box if the offer involves spending money. However, if you do count the tieks offer, that could be a value of up to $200).

What do you think of Studio Wed Box?

As a bride to be I was considering getting this subscription (I am all about anything wedding these days) but after seeing this months box I’m not so sure. Definitely not worth the $39.99/month price tag… in addition most subscribers (including myself) are trying to save money for their wedding too!

Wow, the value of this box is pretty disappointing. Two full products, three samples, a brochure, and what is essentially a coupon isn’t anywhere near the $40 price tag. If I had paid for this, I’d be very upset. I don’t think I’ll be subbing to this anytime soon.
