Madame Ladybug is a new time-of-the-month subscription box. (Thank you to reader Nancy for alerting me to this one!)

The Products: Tampons, pads and goodies/pampering items like chocolate, tea, etc.

I ordered a BYOB on Dec. 31 and it still hasn’t shipped. So annoying! It seems like such a simple order but it is taking them forever to put it together. I think they’re really overpriced too. I will not be ordering from them again but hopefully they eventually ship the box I already paid for.

I am having a HORRIBLE time with this company. I ordered a box on Oct 19th. Great…no confirmation email…nothing…so I email THEM…that is when they send me a cost summary of my purchase. I wait….wait…wait….nothing…so I email them again and ask if they are shipping the box or what? Im told that it takes 7 – 10 business days to process then 2 days to recieve and my box looks to be shipping the beginning of next week….welll that didnt occur…so I decided to go out on a limb and logged into my acct seeing that my box still had not been processed yet and requested an upgrade on my box since clearly the order hadn’t been fulfilled. ..Still nothing…called them today…I get a generic voice mail. Is this place for real or did I get hosed????!!! Im essay crabby bout this!!!

I finally got my ‘replacement items’ a month later and I didn’t even get replacements for the damaged items. I got hairspray instead of body spray and a necklace that’s not the same as before. They didn’t replace the body cream sample or wipes that soaked in body spray either. I definitely will never get another one of these boxes again.

I received a couple of the snack boxes just for something fun and they were rather expensive for what you get. Not worth the money since you have to pay shipping. I also received the 2nd one damaged. The body spray they sent had leaked out all over the inside of the box ruining the necklace in it, it leaked on the snack bag and wipes and body cream sample. I emailed the company August 2nd to complain about it and they only offered to replace damage items, not even send a new box since everything was covered with body spray. It’s a great smelling body spray, but every bag was covered in it. Almost 4 weeks later I still have yet to receive any kind of replacement, definitely wouldn’t order anything from this company again.
