Hammock Pack Subscription Box Review - October 2013

Hammock Pack is a monthly vacation subscription box. Each month you get a box centered around a trip - this month's theme is Apple Picking. A very appropriate fall escape!

Fatty Sundays Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Covered Pretzels - Value $6.95

Apple Pie Larabar - Value $1.25

These Pumpkin Spice pretzels look amazing! I don't eat gluten, so I sadly had to share them. The good news is that when I went to the Larabar site to get a link for the bar, I found out they have a new flavor - Pumpkin Pie! (I love Larabars and highly recommend them especially if you are looking for a tasty bar that is gluten and dairy free).

Bungalow Bath & Body Whipped Sugar Scrub in Apple Caramel - Value $4.25

The Flying Farm Heartland Harvest Soy Candle - Value $10.50

I can't tell yet if I love or hate this autumn-scented candle. (I'm very particular about candle scents).

Soapbox Apple Hand Soap - Value $6.99

I have plenty of Honest hand soap, but this is a nice change of scent. Plus I love that they donate clean water for every soap bottle sold!

Verdict: I paid $30 for this box ($25 plus $5 shipping) and I received about $30 worth of products. This box is rarely a high-value box, but I do enjoy it, and I think a lot of thought and curation goes into the theme and product selection.

What do you think of the October Hammock Pack?
