Yes, when I first subscribed I entered a code for a free eyeshadow. Glossybox emailed me and said they had run out, but they didn’t offer to replace it with anything. I was annoyed and almost canceled my subscription, but ended up keeping it because I saw a spoiler for that month and really wanted that box. I’m still annoyed though.

Im just wondering if anyone else has had a problem getting their free gift from Glossybox? I used a previous code for a gift with purchase then never got anything. I contacted the customer service and they said they would send it but then never did : ( What a bummer
