New Subscription Box for Kids: Cultured Crate

Cultured Crate is a new kids subscription box in beta and taking limited subscriptions. This subscription service is offered for kids ages 5-14 (They have separate sign ups for the Kids box or the Tweens box).

The Box: Cultured Crate

The Cost: $14 a month (includes shipping)

The Products: The cultured crate will contain 3 to 5 items that vary in such a way that they cross the planet. Each item will be from a company that gives back, has a purpose or needs your support. There will be fair trade items with the story about the hands that crafted them. There will be items from small artists that need exposure. Art supplies, New music and Quirky items that you did not know existed. The sky is the limit with the Cultured Crate. There will also be treats every month, assorted boxes every month and a prize for mom or dad that could be a coupon or another cultured ware. Either way the crates will be designed with heart and care for each cultured member.

This box definitely sounds interested to me - in a way it seems like Fair Treasure for kids!  What do you think of Cultured Crate?

This does sound really interesting…I think I’m going to give the 3-month sub. a try for my 5-year old son. 😉

I bought one for my son’s 5th birthday too. I can’t wait to see what is in it! The customer service reps have been very sweet and asked what his interests are, etc.

I am definitely interested, too! I have never signed up for other toy boxes for kids because so many of the things can be found in my local kids store, but this sounds very interesting. I love the “boys can be artists too” philosophy.
