Allure Beauty Box: Fall Must Haves – July 2013 Product List

Received my box already! I was order 52 🙂 Love all my stuff. Strange thing happened though…I received a different hair serum than the tibolli hair oil. I am not angry or anything…just thought it was wierd that I got a similar item but completely different brand. I guess they ran out? With how fast these sell out, I am just happy I was able to purchase a box!

These are numbered and mine was in the 1700’s. I got in just a few minutes after they accepted orders so yes they go fast. Lauren, if you don’t like the aging products and I find they don’t irritate my skin, I would be happy to trade with you for something you do like, there will be things I don’t care for and you will, it usually works like that and I prefer trading rather than selling on ebay. It seems more honest to me somehow. I don’t use acne products and I don’t use cetaphil, I prefer Cerave products and I use the moisturizing wash with my Clarisonic and I use the regular Cerave cream for moisturizing. If you don’t use the couple of products I mentioned I don’t use, if I like the anti aging products, I would be willing to buy them from you at a set price. It depends how my skin reacts. I am in love with my clarisonic and also Exfolikate. Exfolikate is expensive and I feel guilty buying it but it does what it is supposed to, it exfoliates by both a chemical and physical action. I bought the star box on sephora’s friends and family sale before last Christmas because it was a great price even at around $90 but the blush alone was full size and it is around $40 my itself and yes they had exfolikate among a LOT of other items that are pricey and most were full size. Dang them for getting me hooked on exfolikate LOL. Anyway as far as trading, we could figure that out later or if this doesn’t work out with each other there are probably people on makeupalley.com that would trade, they have a section for that on that site. I’m just throwing that out there. Have you ever tried argan oil” it’s in this box. I recently have tried it and I love it, I did not think I would, the kind I used was a different brand but this stuff is great on skin, hair and cuticles. This is my first Allure box I was able to buy and yes it would have been nicer to have a few more exotic items but there are items here I have never used so it will still be fun. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. Well worth the price even with the $10 shipping. It was around $50 altogether.

I was planning on getting it even though I was not *too* excited for half the items in the box but I thought why not for $40 and a few bucks shipping but seeing that the shipping is $10 so the box now cost $50 I do not think this one is worth it for me considering I already have so many beauty products in my closet. I think i will wait for the next one.

Thanks for posting this, I was wondering about the Allure box. Most of these products are very practical, but truthfully, I probably wouldn’t use any of them. I guess I just prefer boxes that will introduce me to things I might not otherwise experiment with, not items I can find at any drugstore or every mass-market retailer. However, for those who already use many of these products, this would be a great bargain. This box just doesn’t have any novelty or excitement for me, which is why I subscribe to boxes!

Wait – so you get full-sized versions of every one of those products??

That Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs makes my legs look AWESOME. I can’t rave about it enough.

So so so excited!! I have used SO much of the stuff in my April box! I’ll be one fighting for a box at 12:01!! haha!

See, since I’m obsessed with hair masks/treatments/oils, plus nail stuff, I really feel like this box is made for me. Even though it’s worth tons for the actual retail value, one has to go by how many products they individually will actually use themselves. Aside from the anti-aging stuff, I will use every one of these items.
**Are you guaranteed to get a box if you literally buy one at 12:02 right after they go live?**
Sometimes a site overloads and you can’t get through until it’s gone. Does that happen with Allure BB’s?
