Blissmo Box Review - Monthly Green Subscription Boxes

Blissmo Box is a monthly subscription service that sends out eco-friendly, green products centered around a theme. Blissmo emails you about 20 days before you receive your box with 2-3 box options for you to choose from. This month I picked the box curated by registered dietitian Ashley Koff. Her Blissmo box is all about healthy traveling!

Natural Vitality Calm Packets - Value $3

Nutrition 22 Days Bar - Value $3

Enzymedica Digest Gold - Value $28

Verdict: This travel kit was more about digestion and immune function than I expected, so I won't be using everything immediately, but this will definitely be a great kit to pack the next time I travel. What Blissmo Box did you pick for June?

It would probably be good to point out the complete lack of evidence for it doing anything, and absolute absurdity in how it was developed, for the Oscillococcinum. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oscillococcinum#Efficacy Even the claim there, that it’s a way to lessen the severity of viral illness, without antibiotics, is ridiculous in it’s self, considering antibiotics don’t do anything for viruses at all.

Boiron products are wonderful. Make sure you place (and absorb) the pellets beneath your tongue (quickest to the bloodstream and most effective). You are not supposed to eat or drink 10 minutes before or after. Arnica montana is a favorite of mine for sore muscles, bad bruises etc. Others have completely cleared my face of blemishes! I was skeptical at first – but it worked, and you don’t have anything to lose by trying!
