Nature Box is a healthy snack subscription service. They send you 5 full-sized snack bags each month. I love that these snacks are free of artificial colors, sweeteners and flavors! (Also, extra good news if you have food-intolerances like me - they will soon be rolling out their customizing options!)

Lemon Merengue Waffles

FYI, since most of these snacks contain wheat (which I can't eat) I'll be quoting my boyfriend for a lot of the food reviews!

Figgy Bars

I like that these are all individually wrapped. My boyfriend loved these and said they were better than fig newtons!

Taj Mahal Snack Mix

We haven't gotten a chance to try this one yet - but it smells yummy!

Italian Bistro Pretzels

These were my boyfriend's favorite snack in the box! He said the seasoning made these the best pretzels he's ever had!

Banana Bread Granola

Verdict: I'm really impressed by how much snack food you get in this box. I had to try it with the 50% off coupon and we're so impressed we will keep subscribing to Nature Box at full price! (I also can't wait until I can request gluten free and dairy free options!) Until then, I think this will get to be one of my boyfriend's favorite boxes! Do you subscribe to Nature Box? Are you a fan?

I got last months Nature Box with a coupon and loved it, thought it would be perfect for me as I live alone and hate to shop so I subscribed.

Just got this moths and not happy at all I did pick 4 of the 5 and read reviews – but nothing is great. The Lemon Meringue Waffles wafers were one I really thought I’d love but it does not taste like lemon it is lemon oil. Three of the items I tired don’t taste fresh.

Also I have a milk allergy so that was my fault for not paying attention 4 of the 5 bags has milk. I ate some of the Sante Fe Corn Mix yesterday thinking it wouldn’t bother me – it did. Those were just tasteless and so small, would work thrown in a salad or in chili .

Just cancelled. I wish I’d find a great box and they would stay consistent.

I needed to read some reviews before committing, thanks! Groupon is running a special for a three month trial, so I’m going to give it a whirl. I’ll let you know how it goes!

Thank you for posting this and the replies. They advertise heavily on Facebook. I found their website needs to be updated (references to winter and New Year’s resolutions). They are either a small company trying to get started or just overwhelmed with the little details (based on what I have read here). Think I will wait on trying them out…

I loved the product, but unfortunately had horrible service. After not receiving one months order, I had to send multiple emails. They did try to make good & credited my account for the charge & finally sent the box (a month later), but then I didn’t receive the next box (which was supposed to be free due to all the errors). I ended up cancelling my subscription. For the amount of time I spent dealing with the problems, I can drive to a local Whole Foods and shop for the same type of items.

I got my first box last month and I liked most of the stuff I got, I think it’s one of the more value for your money type boxes so I’ll continue to subscribe. I’m really looking forward to those wafers and fig bars!!

I’ve been meaning to let you know that I took advantage of the 50% off promotion. The assortment of snacks I received were hit and miss. About half the box was okay. The other half was so high in sugar, that I couldn’t eat it. I called Naturebox to cancel my subscription. The lady who answered was very nice and told me there is a window of opportunity each month where you can select the snack packs that will make it into your box. So I stuck around for one more month. The low sugar snacks I received were so-so at best. Mainly dry and cardboard like. Plus, all the selections I made last month, were Sold Out / Unavailable this month. I wasn’t impressed so I cancelled for good today. Would much prefer to sample at Whole Foods or Central Market, especially for $19.99 a month.
