Pop Sugar Must Have Review – March 2013 Box – Women’s Monthly Subscription Boxes

I am an avid follower, and I have to say, Pop sugar Must haves looks like a great sub. service. It’s always a bummer when I discover an amazing, high value service thru your blog and then find out it doesn’t ship internationally (sigh)

I think this box is just terrible, because it’s really not at all fun or playful! Laundry detergent? Lint sponge? Clothing tape? Don’t market your box as young and hip if your really catering to middle-aged domestiks. Case in point – anyone who would be excited to receive special sweater detergent as a gift. And the necklace is grotesque – just because the manufacturers sell it at 70 bucks, doesn’t mean it bears any reflection on the crappy materials and meager workmanship.
Like seriously, are you required to write glowing commentaries about these subscription boxes because they send you the boxes for free?

I did NOT like this box. I can’t believe that necklace is $72 in value. It seemed like a $10 necklace. I gave away my Peeps. I got the Denim wash, and I own 1 pair of jeans so I had to give that away too. And I tried that Sweater saver on a sweater I have that’s pilling really bad and I don’t think the product was effective. The other stuff was okay. I ended up canceling my Pop Sugar box subscription. I did buy that Summer box so I have my fingers crossed that that one would be good. Oh how I wish I had gotten the January box!

This was one of my favorite Pop Sugar boxes too! I loved everything in it, especially the necklace, mascara and detergent. I got the Denim wash which I will definitely use – I wear jeans almost every day. Very happy this month!

I have to agree with you…this box was FAB! I loved it! The necklace will get plenty of use – as well as everything else. I would like to splurge on the Summer box but, was so disappointed with the Luxury His & Her boxes so, I’m scared to spend that much money again.

This was my second box from PopSugar and I absolutely loved every single thing in it! Everything will be really useful to me, and crazy as it may be, my most favorite item in the box was the Corkatoo wine opener. We usually keep a bottle or two of wine in our household, but we lose everything! So, more often than not, our wine openers go missing. So, I love that the Corkatoo is brightly colored (easier to find in a drawer of other utensils) and the grippy handle…plus so cute! I’m looking forward to the upcoming boxes as well.

P.S. I really love this site and I come here every week to check out the new posts. Definitely my top favorite!

Aw! Your colors were sooooo much cooler than mine! My Corkatoo was blue and my New Black nail polishes were murky blues and greens, which I normally wouldn’t use, but I’ll try anything once.

My favorite things in this box were the Tassel Necklace and the cute Corkatoo. And they must be psychic because lately I’ve been looking all over for one of those Sweater Saver things – I was happy to get it in this box!

All that aside: Dear PopSugar Must Have Box, PLEASE never send me anything that reminds me of all the LAUNDRY I have to do again! (LOL)

Although this month’s box was my least favorite so far (simply because it seemed more functional than fun), I remain a HUGE fan of the PopSugar Must Have box. I wish I could afford to splurge on the Summer box.

I always keep an eye on the comments over on the PopSugar Must Have blog whenever the box contents are revealed – WOW there are a lot of hardcore complainers over there. I’m interested to see what they thought of this month’s box – I have a feeling the laundry detergent and drugstore products (Peeps, sweater saver, clothes tape) aren’t going to go over well. I get amused by all the “I’M CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION!” tantrums. People get really worked up over there, bless their hearts.
