Julep Maven Bombshell - November 2012 Review - Monthly Nail Polish and Beauty Subscriptions for Women

Julep Maven recently updated their site, and while they are still working out a few kinks, their delivery time, packaging and product are still outstanding in my book!

Is it crazy that my favorite thing in this box isn't nail polish? I love this Body Frosting! It smells like a citrus sorbet and the texture is amazing.

Julep Nail Color in Trina - Value $14

Julep Nail Color in Donna - Value $14

One of my favorite things about Julep is that all their nail polish is 4-FREE. I think the purple metallic Trina might be my new go-to shade this month.

Verdict: For $19.99 I received almost $50 worth of product. I'm also really impressed that a nail polish company has such wonderful body and spa products. I will definitely be buying more of the Pink Grapefruit Body Frosting! Interested in signing up for Julep Maven? Use coupon code JULEPVIP to get your first box for a penny!

I added on a suede to my Maven’s choice box. I am REALLY disappointed with the suede. I got Hailee and it looks like a flat gun metal color. It looks horrible on my nails and on top of it I have never had a nail polish chip so quickly. Anyone else really not liking the suede? I also got Trina, which I LOVE!

So glad to see your review, as they haven’t even shipped my order yet. I had 3 add ons ( which are AMAZING values!!) so maybe that held up my order. It seems that I struggle with this company every single month, but the polishes are worth it. 🙂

I got the Sueded polishes. My profile is Classics With A Twist, and I added the Amber suede and the purple suede from 2 other choices along with a matte top coat.

Did you not like the new sueded polishes, Liz? I guess I am a sucker for the ” latest new thing”. Ha!

Glad to know the grapefruit body cream is so nice. I love that it’s pink and not floral fragranced. 🙂

I love Julep and I just got my November box too! Thanks for your site. I live your content. You have successfully encouraged me to get 2 boxes. Julep and Pop Sugar. Both great choices if I must say so myself.
