Maybe I should clarify– Julep CS was always VERY nice to me too– until one of their ” Mystery Boxes” arrived with broken bottles of polish spilled everywhere. They were NOT nice, they were unreasonable to the max. I truly believe that they have extremely harsh ” RULES” concerning those mystery boxes. Therefore, I will never buy another one.
In fact, I love getting a polish bundle from Haute Look or another discount site, because the colors they pick are extremely weasrable. I could never wear the polishes pictured above because I am so fair. I would look like a voodoo queen from New Orleans. 🙂

I skipped another month. Julep has incredibly rude CS people at times. Try getting a refund on one of their sacred ” Mystery Boxes” because a polish has broken and spilled all over the rest. They told me I had to send in a photo of the box OR the box. It had been in the garbage all weekend by then. I think your reviews of Julep boxes and polishes are extremely biased. I also think the bias is out of character for you based upon what I know about your other reviews. The polish is usually streaky, is way more expensive than better brands in much larger bottles, and is just NOT all that.

I’ve had good experiences with Julep, too. They accidentally charged my card last month (I had a credit) and when I contacted them they fixed it immediately and gave me my box free (no credit used). I love their polish and find their products to be very high quality. I actually upgraded to the entire set this month because I loved all of the colors.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with customer care at Julep! My only customer care experience with Julep was great, and I really like their polishes, so that’s why I’m so positive about their boxes in my reviews.
