I ordered this on 1/11 and received on 1/20 (I am in rural south). I also received sample foil of Chanel serum and 4 pefume sample vials set of RZ’s perfume (4ml each, which is about the size of mini perfumes).

Thank you MSA for posting reviews and coupons. Are use one of the links provided order the fall 2020 box and received APOTHEKE Charcoal Candle as an extra gift. I love everything in the box especially the necklace and Earrings set. The quality is on par with items from Holt Renfew or Saks fifth Avenue. And the candle smells divine. I was happy to use the link to get the winter box. Thank you MSA For helping me discover such a wonderful box

I used to buy this box when there was a good deal/discount on a box that I liked, and then cancel. But the last time I did, I canceled the box right after receiving it and then later got charged full price for the subsequent box. I contacted their customer service to explain and ask for a refund (I hadn’t received the next box yet) and their customer service said there was no way to refund me. While I understand that there can be system issues, I don’t understand why they couldn’t cancel my order. The box didn’t even ship until weeks after I contacted them. I know that I had canceled it because I really pay attention to these things. I felt a little scammed so haven’t ordered this box since.

Good deal, get it if you love it, be prepared for a long wait and possible substitutions.

I like the box. I echo the ‘buyer beware’ sentiment.

I never used to have issues receiving The Box of Style(subscribed in 2018 & 2019)

I ordered this 12/8 with an other offer that MSA promoted. Shipping label printed 12/16. Ontrac has still received the box. This is the second box in a row with extensive delay and no communication.

Support didn’t make the last issue right (sending earrings instead of promised necklace). Support is overwhelmed and seems to take several days to get replies or ghosts.

I really wish MSA would stop pushing this brand. There are heaps of known customer service issues regarding missing items, undelivered product, unreturned messages, etc. I even experienced issues when I cancelled — was assured by their customer service team they cancelled my account, only to find out they did not and I had to go through the process again. I know some people have had okay experiences but please beware.

Off subject but when does the Spring box ship? and when is it billed? Thank you in advance for info.

Hi Kay, I got the promo with the bracelets and envelope clutch. The perfume was a four vial sampler of RZ scents. I didn’t know I was getting the perfume. I also received a bonus moisturizer, but can’t recall which at the moment. 8m away from home. I believe it was a Grown Alchemist.

I would think about it if they made this a one-off box without the subscription commitment. I loved it when Popsugar Must Have sold one-time seasonal boxes (probably the overstock) that didn’t require a subscription.

It is so sad when I would barely pay $25 for this box. Giving us decorative scarfs as the main item is never going to make people happy. That bracelet is something that very few people are going to like, it doesn’t make sense to include it in a box like this. Terrible curation!!! Why would anyone subscribe at full price?

I loved my winter. Got the discount, two gifts (bracelet set and real leather mini clutch) and perfume sampler as extras.

Hahahahahahahahaha NOPE.

I bought it. Black clutch is ok. The bracelet pays for the rest of the box. I would never buy this at full price.

Rachel Zoe style is very dated. Her style is horrible.
