Did anyone get this yet? I paid for it on Dec 11 and still there is no tracking, no ETA. So has anyone received it yet? Just checking. I was hoping before Christmas, maybe before New Year.

I still haven’t received it. Unable to track it either.

I’m in the same boat. No updates or tracking here either 🙁

So are the $5 quarterly boxes over?

Reply ButtonReply

echo

Nope, but it seems the most recent one was not universally loved. But it’s still $5 and I consider it a great deal.

@echo, Definitely not loved the $5 box the past couple of them. I don’t know why I bother filling out a profile when they clearly aren’t using it. I’m almost 60 years old and they sent me tampons. Umm….don’t need those anymore and haven’t for a long, long time. Some of the stuff they’ve been sending can be picked up for $1 at the Dollar Store. I know it’s only $5 +tax, but they can at least have it worth the $5. I may cancel because the last 2-3 boxes seriously have been full of useless items.

Jennifer

The eye one looks nice. My last Walmart box was a bit of a miss since it only had a few things, and the hero item was a full size curl cream. However, it turned out fine since I was able to use it as a gift for my sister. For $5 it’s a pretty fun, if random, little subscription.

I ordered the first one, I didn’t have any issues. Looks pretty good for $13, with the little candle and the Essie.

I’m hitting “Proceed to Checkout” and nothing happens 🙁

Reply ButtonReply

Robin D

It did the same for me . I had to sign into my Walmart beauty box account for it to work.

Jodi

I ended up having to download Microsoft edge and went through Edge and I sailed right through the process! Good luck!

I was going to get the “eye love being home” one and splitting it up for stocking stuffers, but it arrives after Christmas 🙁

Reply ButtonReply

Mary Williams

Well, duh. Christmas is next week.

Reply ButtonReply

SarahU

I was having trouble with it too. I was able to check out once I logged into my account.

Once again, no will power wins out. I purchased the ” Eye Love..” box as a gift to me. 🙂

Laurabaura

I managed to order it.
Excited for this!
🙂

Jodi

How? I still can’t get mine to go thru! Lol

Reply ButtonReply

Jan

Tried two different emails! Couldn’t get thrown either!

Marie

I can’t get it to work either.

Jodi Hurst

I can’t get my order to go thru. After I hit the place order button it just sits there!?!? Any ideas. Thanks 😘

I try different browsers whether on phone or laptop. My mom had troubles ordering items on walmart thru Google Chrome but samsung internet worked. Same on my laptop chrome gave me trouble but Firefox worked great.
Chaos is trying the same thing expecting different results. Always try something different and try again.

Makenzie

I can’t get it to work either.

I never even got my fall box. Confirmed the address in October and just thought they were behind, yet again (since they actually skipped Summer). I’ve gotten this box for a few years, so it was bound to happen at some point, but anybody else not get theirs?

Briana

Hi Elizabeth,

I didn’t get mine either. I found out that you can check the tracking number on your account page. By the time I checked the tracking, it said it got delivered two weeks prior. I sent customer service and email and said there was nothing they can do about it since the address on my account was correct. They just said to file a claim with usps but they will not send a new one or offer a refund. I filed the claim but nothing came of it. I know it’s only $5 plus tax, but it stinks I can’t do anything about it.

Reply ButtonReply

Heather

File a claim with your credit card. They charged me twice last month and I disputed the second charge and my bank removed it. I only received one box.

JuJu

The e.l.f. product is the restoring facial oil mist.

Reply ButtonReply

JuJu

Or, rather, the first one is restoring and the second one is calming.

The curved beige colored jar looks like a small woodwick candle. I’d like to know what the elf products are though

Reply ButtonReply

michelle

The elf products in both sets are facial oil sprays that retail for $5. The small woodwick candle also retails for $5. Each of the nyx products (if full size) are $7-10, and the essie polishes are about $7, too. The bliss appear to be sample sizes, maybe one eye mask in the first one and a small rose gold cleanser in the second. Plus, the biore, tresemme, and vital collagen products in both. Honestly, this seems like a great deal if these brands are ones you like. I have so much high end skincare, though.

Maureen

Michelle, nice job on getting all the details !! Thank you.

Laura

I just tried to check both of these out on Walmart’s website to see additional details. However, they have no additional information other than the picture and the price. Odd! They should definitely include the name of each item and its size. When you zoom in on the picture some of the items are blurry and I can’t tell what they are. What is in the curved beige colored jar? What is the elf product? No matter, because I don’t need additional beauty stuff right now anyway, but still.

Reply ButtonReply

Nique

The curved jar is a candle and the elf is a restoring mist.

Reply ButtonReply

JuJu

I noticed the same.

Jody

I signed into my account but cannot figure out how to get to the cart. It is not showing up. It says the item has been added to cart. Maybe the site is busy? Anyone else have trouble?

Reply ButtonReply

AprilAriesPb

Add it to cart. When ‘You added Eye love being home to your shopping cart’ appears, click the words shopping cart in that banner. It should take you to your cart.

Reply ButtonReply

Carolyn

There is an error in your email. The cost is not free. Your email indicates that you only have to pay a five dollar shipping and the item is free

Reply ButtonReply

JuJu

That’s for the Walmart beauty box sub, not for these limited edition boxes.

Reply ButtonReply

JuJu

Hmm, too many items in these that I won’t use or don’t need for me to consider buying either one, and also I wish they were offering a greater variety. I remember last year (or was it 2018?) they had like a dozen different beauty boxes (or at least I think eight).

Reply ButtonReply

Flora

I remember those, it was nice too because most stores carried them as well.
