Pura Vida Bracelet Club February 2020 Review

Pura Vida sent this cute fold-out card that tells a little bit about their company and how they give back. This card also includes a nice thank you for your support as well as a cute sticker hidden behind that fun pineapple at the end of the card!

Wrist Candy Set

This month we received a fun set perfect for Valentine's Day. Your bracelets will arrive in a small drawstring bag with the Pura Vida Monthly Club logo on the outside. These bags are great for storing your bracelets or taking them with you when you travel.

Rainbow Enamel Heart Charm Bracelet

Our first bracelet has a cute heart charm which is perfect for Valentine's Day. While I was afraid it might feel a little childish at first, I actually really love this little heart! I think the fact that it is open and fairly small helps it feel more sophisticated. I love the little rectangles of color which remind me of stained glass. All of the pastels in this one make me long for spring!

Here it is on. I think it's pretty cute!

Pink Original Bracelet

This bracelet in their original design is very basic but features pretty pale pink strings with a little yellow at the tie. I think it's a nice subtle bracelet that will pair with anything and it works well with the tiny spot of pink from our heart charm. This one has a great spring vibe, too!

Here it is on. Simple and versatile!

Rainbow Beads Bracelet

This last bracelet reminds me of a candy necklace. It's cute, but not my favorite. I think I'm just not a fan of the chunkier look of the beads which are in random order instead of a pattern. It does fit in nicely with our other bracelets with the pink and mint colored beads on a red string though!

Here it is on. I might pair this one with some of my other bracelets in my stash!

Here they all are together. The colors all tie in so nicely since each of them have that pale pink shade in them.

I love the simple look of just these two together.

I love that these bracelets feature bands that you can adjust to fit your wrists comfortably. If the bracelet ends are too long on your wrist, check out this YouTube tutorial on how to shorten the ends!

The threads are also coated in wax, which means you can wear them at the beach or in the shower if you're too lazy to remove them like I am! These bracelets definitely hold up over time, which is one of the many reasons I love them.

The Verdict: I love when Pura Vida Bracelet Club gets festive! I thought they did a good job of providing bracelets that were great for Valentine's Day without being too specific. The pale pink original bracelet will go with almost anything during any season and the heart also has a great spring vibe thanks to the pastel colors. The beaded bracelet wasn't my favorite, but I do think it still tied in nicely with the other bracelets, and of course, this is totally a personal preference! I always enjoy receiving a new mix of bracelets each month for only $14.95!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? You'll likely receive the March pack. From Pura Vida:

I am a homeschooling mom to 4 kids; 1 girl and 3 boys. While I have been reviewing boxes since 2018 and I love the luxury of trying new products, I'm also balancing it out by dabbling in a little bit of homesteading, too. We now have 4 chickens and a rabbit and my sourdough starter is going strong! I love learning about new brands and sharing the great things I find with others in hopes that they find something new to love or to fit their needs!

No, never, and I have TONS of these bracelets! I wonder if it’s the wax coating? I’m not sure there is anything you can do, but maybe you could email them and let them know you’re having this reaction. You may not be the only one, and it could prompt them to change the coating (or something else) if it’s affecting a lot of people. 🙁

Brandi I am wearing my set today. I really enjoyed this month’s set. I don’t have any “candy” style yet in my collection.

Does anyone else get an allergic reaction to these bracelets? I have had the same reaction to any of the bracelets. I love them but they just don’t work for me.
