BKind Sensitive skin Face Scrub open BKind Sensitive skin Face Scrub info for BKind Sensitive skin Face Scrub ingredients for BKind Sensitive skin Face Scrub

BKind Sensitive Skin Face Scrub, 50 g - Retail Value $19.00

I love this brand's packaging and have been a big fan in the past. I also love a good exfoliator as it's one of my favorite skincare rituals of all time. Something about scrubbing dull skin off of my face really makes me feel clean and glowing. This scrubs main ingredient is cranberry seeds but is also made with shea butter, cocoa butter, safflower oil, almond oil, apricot oil, tamanu oil, pumice, and hibiscus flower powder. It smells just as fantastic as you'd imagine, especially knowing it also has notes of mandarin, lavender, and geranium. Scrubbing this along, it felt like a great grit without being too aggressive. It was once I tried to wash it off that I noticed it was quite greasy and didn't want to wash off clean. I'm not used to an exfoliator like this, so I had to use a cloth and some mild cleanser to help remove it. It left my skin feeling a bit greasy but I'll be if it's not incredibly moisturized. I'm hoping the oils just take time to soak in, but I'm doubting that this is the right one for me.

Delia Organics Lip Nectar ingredients for Delia Organics Lip Nectar Delia Organics Lip Nectar with cap off

Delia Organics Lip Nectar, 0.33 oz. - Retail Value $20.00

I've received this item in a past subscription so I'm familiar with it. It has a great sunflower oil smell to it but I can't seem to love it enough to keep using it. I think this would be best to use after exfoliating lips so that the oil soaks in a bit easier, but normally when I use this the oil seems to just sort of sit on the surface and I feel like I'm not getting the full benefits. I do appreciate the roller ball for easy application though.

Cannabliss Organic Hemp Salve back of Cannabliss Organic Hemp Salve opened Cannabliss Organic Hemp Salve

Cannabliss Organic Hemp Salve,  1.7 oz. - Retail Value $55.00

Another exquisite-smelling item. This salve is coming just in time for the beginning of cold weather, and hence, chapped skin. It's a cure-all salve that can be used simply to moisturize or to soothe aches, minor bruises, or scrapes. In addition to hemp oil, this also is made with beeswax, almond oil, and healing herbs like mulberry, goji berry, and ginseng. This is a nice size portion so I can keep it at home or in my office and apply it to spots like my elbows that will need it most, come mid-winter. It's slightly greasy but will soak in after time. It's best to use it sparingly since a little goes a long way, which also means this should last me some time.

Verdict: Botanic + Terre sent me three natural luxury brand items that totaled $94.00 for just $40.99. While I think the value is great and all three items are wonderful for someone, only the hemp salve was a true winner for me this time. Since it has a value of $55.00, that product alone is worth the cost of the box. I may just need more time trying the lip oil or using it more regularly to see results.
