Good to know: As of 4/21, this box is still available until it sells out! If you order this box now, it will ship May 8th.

The branding and packaging are great! I feel like this box was designed to be gifted, and it doesn’t disappoint.

You’ll also find an envelope inside the box:

And there are cards for every item included:

The wines included in the box are custom made for Vine Oh! and if you like a bottle and want more, you can buy them at the Vine Oh! shop.

Now onto the items:

New Crush Pinot Grigio – Value $18.99

New Crush Pinot Grigio is an aromatic and complex wine that presents aromas of white peaches and white flowers, sea spray and oyster shell. The fresh and light flavors rang from casaba melon to citrus zest with a hint of Creme Fraiche in the finish. Perfect wine for all white wine enthusiasts.

First, I have to say that I love the wine label design. (It’s a heart design made with two thumbprints.)

I found this wine to be refreshing, and not sweet. While I love a sweet white wine, this one was lovely, and a crowd favorite, too.

Speechless Cabernet Sauvignon – Value $24.99

Speechless Cabernet Sauvignon is a fantastic cabernet from the Lodi region in California. With aromas of toasted oak, jam, and tea leaves, this wine has rich dark fruit flavors with firm tannins. Great wine to enjoy on a quiet night; a night when being speechless is not only a nice treat, but a well-earned reward.

When you subscribe to Vine Oh! you can select between getting all white, all red, or one of each bottle in your shipment. I always go for white wines, but I wanted to try out a range of what Vine Oh! offers and my husband Eric prefers red, too.

He was a fan of this wine and while I didn’t love it as much as the white, I enjoyed it too. It’s a much richer wine (perfect for sipping throughout a dinner).

Now for the lifestyle treat items!

Sweet Dreams Eye Pillow – Value $20

(Scents and fabric pattern may vary)

Each item also comes with a card that includes details on the item, the maker, and a coupon to use on their online shop!

This eye pillow is designed to be used at room temperature or cooled in the freezer for 15 minutes.

This eye pillow is made with a cotton print fabric and filled with dried flax seeds and lavender flowers.

I love lavender, so this is perfect for me. The scent is noticeable but not overwhelming – perfect for relaxing!

Mixture Candle in Orange Vanilla – Value $20

(Candle colors and fragrances may vary)

This candle is made from 100% soy wax, and the orange vanilla scent makes it smell just like a creamsicle!

I’m all about simple design, so most of my candles are clear glass votives. The purple will definitely bring a bit of a pop to my collection!

Chive Arch Vase – Value $25

(Colors may vary)

This is such a unique vase! And it has an interesting origin story, too:

This Arch vase was originally used for judging tulips in the early 19th century because the curved shape perfectly highlights the natural beauty of a flower.

Here it is with flowers to give you a better sense of scale:

VineOh also recommended using this as a low profile centerpiece – much better than trying to talk over a vase of flowers, or eventually moving it so you can see your fellow dinner guests!

Dutch House Caramels – Value $6

These caramels were a hit with everyone who tried them! (No surprise – they’re already all gone as I write this review!)

And they are oversized, too! One is definitely enough to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Capabunga – Value $5

This is one of those products that as soon as I see it I think, “why didn’t I know this existed?” And, “I need to buy more of these.”

The Capabunga is a silicone cap that you can use instead of trying to recork you wine.

And it is secure enough to let your wine rest on its side in the fridge:

So smart!

Verdict: I’m so impressed with the first box from VineOh! I thought it was an excellent mix of wine and special, Treat Yo’ Self items! Every one of the lifestyle items is good quality from new-to-me brands, and this is a box I would feel great about gifting, too. Plus, I think $59.95 for $120 box of wine + lifestyle items is a great value. (And even better with the MSAWine $15 coupon code!)

What do you think of Vine Oh!? Do you like the idea of a wine + lifestyle items subscription?

  1. Signed up. I was looking for a wine sub box and this seems like a good one to start with.

  2. Am I the only one getting an error message when I click on the links in the review?

  3. I love that vase, but on first glance I totally thought it was a really modern aerator/decanter! Part of me still wants to see it filled with wine!

  4. Wow, thanks Liz! This box looks amazing not only to gift, but I’ll be purchasing for myself (I’m a stay at home of three and could use a special delivery/treat 4 times a year)! Can’t wait for this new subscription to arrive. Fun!

  5. I signed up for a year as well. How can you go wrong with 9 bottles of wine plus goodies for $200 delivered?

    • l went back and subbed for a 2nd with different wine preferences. This looks terrific!

  6. What a great box! I recently decided to go all out and get a year’s subscription of this box, so I was a little nervous to read this review, but now I’m thrilled because this box looks terrific!

  7. Now that’s what I call a subscription box!!

  8. I wish I knew if you could customize beyond just white and red. I would love to mix but never want Chardonnay. I guess i could choose just red but I love pinot grigio and savignon blanc. I sent them a message a few days ago through their website but have not heard back. Has anyone else asked and know the answer?

  9. Love it, got it!

  10. So cool! Can’t wait to check mine out!

  11. I LOVE this box and I don’t even like wine!! I LOVE the vase and the candle.

    • OMG didn’t even realize that was a Mixture candle!! Those are made here locally in Kansas City, they have the best scents! And it’s a small company that started out being made at home and expanded out.

  12. This box is so unique and awesome! I love all the different items and not to mention the Wine is a bonus.

Great for my mother in law for Mother’s Day! I am totally digging this box!

  13. Wow, this box looks amazing (maybe even better than fab fit fun) love that it has wine and fun gifts (the wine itself is worth the price of the box in my opinion). Can’t wait to get mine!
