This month's fandom is The Nightmare Before Christmas! This month is also Kal-Elle Fandom Monthly's one year anniversary.

Nightmare Before Christmas Earring Set

This month we get not one but two pairs of earrings! Both pairs are studs that come with metal backings. The top row features black druzy on metal and the bottom row features Jack Skellington.

Since I don't wear earrings I'll probably gift this to a fellow Nightmare Before Christmas fan.

Jack Skellington Keychain

This keychain is simple but so very cute. I appreciate how sturdy the chains and keyring are. Overall it definitely feels high quality.

Lock, Shock, and Barrel with Zero Magnet

Who doesn't love these three little troublemakers? They're depicted here playing with Zero, the ghost dog. The magnet is about the size of my palm and is a welcome addition to my refrigerator.

Nightmare Before Christmas Necklace

This is an awesome pendant necklace depicting Jack, Sally, and Zero on top of the iconic Spiral Hill. The pendant looks large but it hangs comfortably down my neck. This piece is specially designed by Kal-Elle.

Two Exclusive 4x6 Art Prints

Just like the earrings, there are two art prints this month! I can't decide which print I like better. The Jack and Sally one is so sweet, but the black-and-white one of Jack looks so classic! Even though I usually prefer receiving "functional" items, I really appreciate these gorgeous monthly art prints.

The Purple Chameleon Jack Skellington Headband - Value $3.75

The Purple Chameleon was first featured in the March Kal-Elle Fandom Monthly box. This is a stretchy satin headband featuring Jack Skellington heads. The material isn't very thick or strong, so I wouldn't count on this to hold back hair during exercise. However, the headband feels very comfortable for casual wear.

I couldn't find the exact design but their Etsy shop offers similar styles.

Jack and Sally Ring

This ring has an adjustable band and features Jack and Sally in full color. I like the filigree accents surrounding the button; it gives the ring an antique or Victorian flair.

Oogie Boogie Bracelet

I really appreciate that Kal-Elle changed things up with the bracelet style. I like the matte black look. Sadly, it refuses to slip onto my wrists. I had half a mind to unhinge the Oogie Boogie button from the bracelet but I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to do that. I think the ends of the bracelet can also be flattened a little more so they don't stab me or snag my clothes.

Verdict: I love the diversity and theme from Kal-Elle Fandom Monthly this month. The pieces that I can't wear will easily be gifted. I also feel like there is more value than usual because they included two pairs of earrings and two art prints. The cost breakdown, after shipping, comes to about $2.81 apiece. I think this is a fantastic average price point for the quality and the curation.

Spoiler: next month is Game of Thrones! Are you excited?

Amber

I really enjoyed this box. My daughter’s favorite movie! The headband is definitely just a decorative accessory, and the bracelet and ring got stuck on my wrist and finger after wearing it all day. Went on fine, did not want to come off. So they will go to my daughter. The only thing I claimed was the keychain. I love it!

Ranger Aimee

Do you not slide the side of the bracelet out of one of the hoops to get it on?

Nancy Su

I tried that but it didn’t work so I feared you weren’t supposed to slide it off. I will attempt it again!

Amber

You can, but the loops are really delicate, I was afraid of breaking it!

Lyn

That’s what I was thinking! I always do that
