The Vegan Cuts Beauty Box is a monthly beauty and makeup subscription box. All of their products are vegan (and they tend to be natural, too). They also typically include a nice mix of full size and sample beauty items.
Vegan Cuts sends a single package to subscribers who get both the beauty and snack boxes. The beauty items are separated into a little bag. (If you do not get the snack box, I don’t think you get the little bag.)
Vegan Cuts sent us this box for review purposes. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

The All Natural Face Vegan Lip Gloss in “Frosted Berries” (0.43 oz) – Value $4.60
This is a new brand for me. (Sorry, you can’t see the label in the photo. This kept rolling.) Lip colors are my favorite types of cosmetic items to receive (in pretty much any shade) and I thought this was nicely moisturizing. (This was a spoiler item and everyone received the same shade.)
Here is a swatch of the lip gloss. This will be a good color for me on days when I don’t want to be too bold!
Palmetto Derma Rejuvenating Antioxidant Mask (1.75 fl oz) – Value $64
I’m familiar with Palmetto Derma from vegan/natural beauty boxes. I did not even realize until I started writing this review that this was a full-size product and how much it retails for. Wow! This is a clay mask and it nicely took care of some of the excess oils in my skin and helped clear out my pores without drying out my face. I like using skincare with antioxidants, too (even if I can’t see them working right away). Please note that this contains glycolic acid so be sure to use a good sunscreen after applying.
Eden Bodyworks Peppermint Tea Tree Natural Shampoo (2 fl oz) – Value $1.25
This is sulfate free so it doesn’t lather quite the same way as shampoos with sulfates, but I still feel that it got my hair clean. (I typically use it after long workouts.) The scent is pretty invigorating, too! There is enough here for a few uses.
Juice Beauty Green Apple Body Moisturizer (1.2 fl oz) – Value $2.70?
If you have been subscribing to beauty boxes for awhile, no doubt you are familiar with Juice Beauty. But, I have only tried their facial skincare products before. Their body care line is new to me (I’m not sure I even knew it existed). I tried this on my legs and it made them feel pretty soft and smooth. There is enough for a few uses in this container. (Note: I linked to the firming body moisturizer and used the price from that item because I couldn’t find this exact product on the Juice Beauty site.)
Revive Peppermint, Rosemary, and Lemon Soap Sample – Value $1?
First off, this is a beautiful item. I just love the swirls of colors. It smells very nice, as well – I mostly notice the peppermint and lemon. I never used to use bar soap until I got interested in subscription boxes, but now I switch off between bar soap and body wash as the mood strikes. This is another invigorating scent, although I do wish the sample had been larger since full size bars of soap are not usually too pricy. (The value above is an estimate since I do not know the size of the sample relative to the full bar.)
Verdict: I calculated a value of about $73.55 for this month’s Vegan Cuts Beauty Box. That is an excellent value and is more than three times the cost of the box! However, if the Palmetto Derma mask is not for you, I can see how you would be disappointed, since the overwhelming majority of the value comes from that one item. I happened to like everything but would like to maybe see a more even distribution of value among the items in the future – it really minimizes the risk for subscribers.
