Wellness Trufood Tasty Pairings with Peas, Cod, and Shrimp (3 oz) – Value $1.58
Sneaky thought this was pretty good. She hasn’t been a fan of seafood for long but now she can’t get enough.
Yeowww! Chi-Cat-A Banana – Value $7.77
We’ve had a few other Yeowww! Toys from subscription boxes. In general, they’ve been quite popular.
Petkin Deodorizing Pet Hair Roller & Fabric Freshener in Lavender – Value $8.95
This will come in handy. Monkey likes to get on my pillow, and so does Mr. Kitty (and Mr. Kitty is losing some hair due to his medication) so there is always cat hair on my pillow. I have to use a lint roller to get it off. This is a UK brand so I could only find it for sale in the US on eBay.
Toy Cat Sushi Shrimp by Funky Feline – Value $3.25
Toy Cat Sushi Crab by Funky Feline – Value $3.25
I think these are seriously adorable. My husband says I just like the big eyes. He’s probably right. I found the shrimp on the living room floor one morning; I guess some cat had gotten into the box (on top of a bookshelf) and taken it out. So these were popular!
Now, what you’ve all been waiting for…
Mr. Kitty has been having some eye pain today so he is not really in the mood to play. But I know he has his fans so I had to include a picture.
Monkey managed to scratch my hand while playing with the banana. Thanks Monkey, I’m bleeding!
It’s a little hard to tell (isn’t it always with Madison?) but he was actually rubbing his cheek and chin on this toy.
It took a minute, but Sneaky warmed up to the banana toy and had a great time with it. It was fun just to watch her.
Verdict: I calculated a value of about $25 for the April 2016 PetPack for cats. That is better than last month by a fair amount but still short of the cost of subscription plus shipping. I thought the sushi toys were adorable and I did like the mix of useful items, toys, and edibles. I think just one more item might’ve improved the value a great deal, though.
What do you think of the April 2016 PetPack? Do you subscribe to any dog or cat boxes?
