Double Brewed Soy Sauce
The best soy sauce we could get our hands on. Because it’s double-brewed, it has a more rich, (but less salty) taste and a thicker texture than you’d find in your supermarket or take-out container. It’s made by a single artisan in Saitama, Japan, and goes great with pretty much any sweet or savory food you can think of. Pro-tip: use this as an add-on for any other kind of sauce you make, in place of salt.
