I was going to join, but based on these comments, I’ll hold off. The free palette is until 5/31. Not what I’m hearing.

I was supposed to get one and never did. I sent an email to Ipsy and they said the promotion had ended. However, I had subscribed during their promotion (and MSA had the ad going while I signed up).

I signed up when they offered this free gift in April, got an email confirmation that I would receive it but didn’t get it with April or May’s boxes. I have now emailed them twice about this and a damaged product. They addressed the damaged product issue but totally ignored my question about why i hadn’t received the free gift in both emails. Super annoying cuz I really like the palette- definitely more than anything I got in the April bag!

OK, so if I order now I can get the June Bag, the free palette and the trial of the Self Care, then cancel by June 30 so I don’t get the next month. Am I correct here? I’ve never tried Violet Voss and really want to, plus this palette has none of the reds or yellows I hate that seem to show up in most palettes. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I love the Violet Voss shadows. I have 4-5 of these and love them all! The HG palette is one of my all time favorites.

Funny, this palette was the ONE item that was missing from my GB Plus this month. Supposedly they are sending a replacement. Interesting.

Ipsy was nice until the stopped shipping earlier in the month. Glam bag X is still not shipped. Just be ware!

I never got my April GB at all. It hasn’t moved since May 7th. They didn’t even ship it until April 28th. I’m paused for now, maybe indefinitely.

Mine hasn’t shipped either! I reached out for help today. They sent me an email back that basically said we got your money so you’ll get your bag when u get it.

Funny how they have the windflower fun-sized palette to give away now, and I think they have it for points redemption as well. It was a choice in my GBP choices this month, but disappeared as a choice after a few hours and was no longer available.

I have heard some people say that if you don’t like your choices to wait a fee hours snd check back because they change. Haven’t tried it myself, but maybe that’s why.

Yes, that’s what I did because I didn’t like the options. My point in this comment was that it disappeared, implying that it was all taken. And suddenly there’s plenty of availability.
