I agree! Always a fun surprise. The mask is nicer than I would have expected too. It has a really soft fur lining on the side that touches your face. I also really like that it has these beads in it. It seems to make the coolness more even and comfortable. The bath bomb is bigger than I expected too. I think it will be good for at least two baths, maybe three.

Nope, they don’t have dedicated number for just the Beauty Box. It’s hard enough getting through to the regular Customer Service number. I’ve had success before with customer service chat. That was awhile back. Maybe try that.

Just got an email that they cancelled mine-‘item sold out’, hopefully just this month. I have been getting it since it came back and this is the first time this has happened. I’m not disappointed because I wasn’t too excited about this month, but overall, this is bad business.

I bought the Rituals advent calendar (thanks, MSA, for letting me know these things exist), and that foaming shower gel was my favorite item. It really is a luxurious foam, and works great for shaving as well. I hope you enjoy it!

I quit Ipsy because I enjoy the items in this box more. I am a huge Rituals fan and love the eye mask. I am intrigued by the other items. I can be patient because I am getting items that are a treat.

According to Macy’s website, you have to cancel before the 10th of each month.
Also According to their website-
Note: Cancellations must be made before the tenth of the month to affect the following month’s Beauty Box shipment.
Putting Your Subscription On Hold
At this time you can’t put your subscription on hold. Your Macy’s Beauty Box will arrive every month unless you cancel your subscription.
So if you don’t want a beauty box you have to cancel before the 10th of the month. This cancels your subscription to the box so you if you want the next box, you will have to subscribe again and more than likely be put on the waiting list. It will be a toss up as to whether you will get the next box or not,

Thank you but I’m a little confused. You might understand it better. If I were to cancel now let’s say, before the 10th of the month, would I get March’s box and then not Aprils? Or wojld I not get more boxes starting with March’s?

Yep, the eye cream was hiding in the fragrance sample for a lot of people.

Hi Kim. Look in the cardboard holder of the perfume sample for the Perricone eye cream. That’s where mine was hiding out.
