The 24-day calendar is now available at Ulta. Until November 7th, they’re currently offering 5x points on all Clarins purchases (this may be a targeted offer though).

Have to say these seem pretty great and draw me more than many of the mainstream brand advent calendars. I think Clarins used to be better though, even 10 years ago.

I’ve been thinking about getting the 12 day advent calendar. I do love Clarins and the packaging is so cute. I wish the sizes were larger but I still think it’s a good value to me

Started with Clarins Paris, complete multi-step (probably more than the current 7- and 11-step programs) line when I was 20, which was 30 years ago. People think I’m about 20 years younger than I am. I believe in Clarins Paris, but their formulas have changed so much over time, I’ve given up on them. Every product is still great, but 30 years ago, they were stellar.

Agree with your observation on the change in products! When I was in my mid-late teens, I was using their green line (just 3/4 steps: face wash, toner, sometimes serum, moisturizer). in my early 20s, I was mixing it up with another line (the blue one), I think the first face oil I used was their lotus one, and also started using their eye cream mask and foundation+bb cream (I never used makeup as a teenager), but I stopped because they changed their formulations/shades and lost my “perfect match”. For sure my skin has changed as well, but I haven’t been able to find something that worked that well for me from their lines. On top of that, their products are pricier in the USA vs EU, and here I can find good formulations for half of a clarins product’s price. I am a fan of their lip oil though.

Izzie, I am with you. That Lip Oil is AMAZING! My absolute favorite out of every brand I have ever tried (and I have tried A LOT!). I have a mini size in my purse/desk drawer/makeup bag & nightstand right now. I am never without it.

The 12 gift calendar is a very cute gift idea. I won’t purchase because of so many travel sizes but it’s a nice gift for example for a college student or something. Very cute packaging.
