My box has been sitting at the post office down the street for 3 days. I received some other sub boxes that weren’t supposed to be here till after Play. What’s up with that?

I have the same problem… my box was in my city deliver date was 12/20 and then for some reason they send it back to NJ. What should I do?

Play by sephora December 2019 box is disappointing. For Christmas month you think it would he awesome but it sucks!
It reminds me of birchbox w how tiny all the samples I got are. I will be contacting customer service.

Check your order on the desk site (access your account at sephora.com though a browser, not the app). The cellphone app will only show the order #, the desk site will show both,order # and item #.

I saw a post on the community forum that said box 363 contains:

-Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Cream
-Tarte Drink of H20 Moisturizer
-Living Proof No Frizz Styling Cream
Not daft on the Tarte, but everything else would be my dream box so couldn’t ask for better! Fingers crossed this is accurate.. Sephora Play is one of the only boxes left at $10 a month and the products lately have been pretty good overall in my opinion, making it a great sub.

Your variation/box number will be the last 3 digits of the item number (not order number). You’ll need to click into your order of the box to see the item number. 🙂

These are the best products I’ve seen in a Play! box in a while and of course its too late to re-subscribe now. Oh well I’ve already bought way way too much makeup this month with all the sales and I still have my Ipsy GB, GBP and my the box by Fashionsta coming

I’ll help you feel better. My box is pretty lackluster. A mascara! Thanks, you shouldn’t have. Soy cleanser that I recently got in some other subscription, lip oil, microexfoliant, and the cream shadow stick that’s just a very wrong color for me. Very uninteresting lineup, if you ask me.

This will be my first Play box and I am trying to figure out what I am getting. I read that the last three numbers of your order is the box number. Under recent orders my number is 26509274084 but I have not seen anyone post 084. What am I doing wrong?

You need to look at the last three of your item number, not order number. This doesn’t show up on the app, so you’ll need to log in on a browser.

Lisa, what I learned today is that you cannot find it through the app. You have to go to the actual website and look for the item number and you will use the last three numbers to see which box you have.
