Just got my box, I received exactly the spoilers, nothing more. I cancelled in July, so this should be my last box.

My god, that is such a horrible box for $36! I am going to cancel right now, don’t want them to charge me again if they are going to send this kind of junk for that kind of money.

From my understanding it’s two boxes in one so that’s $29.99 x 2 plus $6 shipping, so $65.98 for this box (July & August). If I am wrong will someone correct me. I assumed people were charged for July and August.

JuJu

@Liz, please note I am not receiving any notifications about this box, even though I signed up for them a while back.

Hmm… I got a notice that my box shipped, but I haven’t been charged yet, and actually put a credit card in that I knew would get denied because I didn’t want this box and tried to cancel and it was a headache. *shrug*

I’m one of those insane people that started with this box in it’s inception, stayed through some really crappy boxes…after June I finally pulled the plug. Just got notification my july/August box shipped…..

This looks much better than last months! I canceled because I was so upset at being charged $36 for a sex card game and some hair spray tint that only blondes can use! I feel cheated and now they make this one so much better!

Honestly this box looks terrible. Their price range is NOT competitive with other similar boxes. It’s way too high and their product selection is very odd. I don’t know what they’re thinking with their boxes. They need to regroup and maybe re launch this at a lower more competitive price point with way better products.

I could not agree more. Especially since they’re “combining” July and August and this is what they’ve chosen? For $30 and shipping? It’s insane. They absolutely need to go back to the drawing board and figure out what “compliment and empower your multidimensional lifestyle” actually means in terms of their vision for this box. They need a team to sketch out a plan instead of haphazardly tossing in products and calling it good.

These all seem like “left over” summer items and a random book.
With their name attached I would of expected a better box.

I’m not sure I’d consider the book random – it corresponds with a movie that is coming out (aka is timely), and is a highly-rated read that is likely to be enjoyed by the demographic that subscribes to this box.

I can agree with your sentiment overall, however.

I attempted to write a review on their site. I doubt it will make it past the ‘moderator’. Considering they have no reviews on this box goes to show no one has anything nice to say and what is said is never posted. lol

Anyone considering subbing to this box I would recommend you use PayPal. They like to charge you after you cancel and at least with PayPal you can take away their charging permissions.

Even if you cancel on their website? I cancelled with no issue in my account on their website. I’m not sure what the issue is. It would be interesting to have Cosmo’s side of the story on what went wrong.

They lost me with 4 and 5. Technically this box only has to have a value of at least $120 b/c they only guarantee a value of at least $60 each month.

Angie

So glad I never signed up for this box. It reminds me of someone cleaning out a junk drawer or closet. A movie? Am I seeing this correctly? This is so ridiculous.

Anna

It’s a book

Michelle

This is laughable. I’m glad they didn’t reel me in with the Sunday Riley.

Amy

Not seeing how this is slutty.

Diana

haha!

MissJ

CosmoBox is supposed to be slutty? Lol

Amy

Omg. I was thinking of a different box!! Sorry.

Anna

The June box with Sugarfina hot lips basically was like here we kissed you first here’s some lube.
