Does anyone subscribe to this box? I was supposed to be charged for my Spring box on March15th but the info disappeared from my account and I have emailed them 3 times asking where my box is and they just keep giving me the run around for weeks. They had 3 months to get these boxes together and there CS is pretty bad. My first box in December was amazing but clearly I am gonna have to cancel.

I live in an area fighting the opiate crisis.
Calling this sent, “ Opium Den “ strikes me as glamorizing a substance that has become a killer.
They might wanna rethink this one.

This box looks nice, except for the Opium Den candle. I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around what would be appealing about the scents of resin, opiates and tobacco fumes.
On the homepage of their website it shows two boxes. This one is the DL box and the other one is the MA box. I don’t know how this subscription works but I’d love to get that MA box. It’s definitely more suited to my personal tastes.

MA is Modern Alchemy. Go to their page for subscription boxes and you should see a choice between DL and MA.
