Terrible customer service! I placed an order on Feb 17th & didn’t get a call until Feb 28th saying that they couldn’t ship to my location in Alaska. STILL haven’t received a refund & this was a really expensive purchase! Be careful of this company!

Some nice add ons but at full price…nope. Also, shipping charges on a sub…nope!! I can’t justify shipping charges when you can get almost anything with free shipping.

I signed up for the seasonal box subscription and after seeing the spoilers and the discount on the annual subscription I switched to annual. I called customer service and they were very friendly and helpful.

It really irks me that they won’t allow us to use the coupon from the last PopSugar box toward this subscription. I’m on their mailing list, and this company added “not valid on subscription” fine print on a discount code they sent recently, which seems totally normal. The PopSugar coupon doesn’t have any such exclusions listed on it, I didn’t find out it wouldn’t work until I tried to check out. Seems like a no-brainer because you’re advertising to people who obviously love sub boxes.

I wish there was a spoiler for the spring box. I am so bummed that I missed the winter box with the sale, I would have paid for a year upfront. Now with the price increase I am waiting to see before making that long of a commitment. I am however, really looking forward to the spring box.

Why get add one at full price? You can’t use the PS gift card towards a box or the welcome discount so use that towards these full price items if you want them. Totally pointless. Rather annoyed with this box.. have to see another one before I will bite. The shipping costs and increase in price from start to now is an obstacle for me. I don’t like the feeling of paying more

I agree. I just started using the Lollia from the Popsugar box and love it and would like to try more of their products and some would be great gifts. I was ready to sub, then I see they had a great deal before their first box shipped, but for the second box the price has gone up and shipping is no longer included. So now I have to take a step back and wait and see if I think it’s worth it. Having add-ons without a discount doesn’t help or the fact that I’m seeing some complaints about their customer service.

I think that it would be worthwhile to consider offering free shipping on the box to customers who purchase add-ons taking them over the $65 minimum. The difficulty is knowing some purchased at $160 annual with free shipping and now the cost is up to $180 plus shipping charges that sound as if they may vary. This stops me from purchasing an annual subscription. Others may have the same reservation

I thought I was going to be in real trouble when I saw add-ons were available. But like others have said, no discount = no temptation for me. I’m relieved though because it’s such a struggle to control my FFF add-on spending. Those discounts are really hard to pass up. I imagine the Margot Elena folks will realize that and offer better deals with the next box.
