This sub has a lot of problems. Check out the forums for people’s experiences with it.

For example, I purchased a 6-month sub in October. I still haven’t received the GWP.

I genuinely can’t understand the difference in CS experiences. I’ve had my fair share of “problems” (wrong item sent first month, problems with coupon code and missing items in shop orders twice) but every time I’ve sent an email, they have responded promptly, been apologetic/courteous and resolved the issue quickly. The coupon code thing literally took a few hours of emails back and forth but the rep was always responsive and apologetic, determined to get it to work. And the one missing item had to be shipped directly from France so it took awhile, but it did show up. I struggle to make sense of how some people have so much trouble getting things resolved and others have great experiences. Different CS members and luck of the draw?? I just hope I keep lucking out for once….

Be warned you may not receive your stuff for Valentines Day. I ordered on Black Friday and didn’t receive until after Christmas and they were extremely rude on the phone and by email. I was not happy because I had ordered items as gifts which I then had to scramble to find something else.
