This is wrong! I got an email and were actually getting one of two palletes by Katherine cosmetics. Either courage or strength in the giving back palette and Suva beauty hydra liner gold digger.

These are great products too. I just looked them up. I hope i get the courage pallet, i do best with cooler colors. The gold digger looks super pigmented. Super excited

Anyone know… when i pay for a box does that mean i get the box for that month. I just signed up today and they charged me already. Im hoping so!!

Anyone else get the spoiler email today of what’s in February’s box? There is a variation of 2 different palettes (neither seem to be from Mirabella) and a gold highlighter.

I contact them about that eyeshadow palette and this is what they told me.

We send sneak peeks throughout the month through email sometimes stating possible or confirmed. The first palette was a possible spoiler and not confirmed

I was also hoping for the Mirabella palette! The pics are so beautiful. But I saw on someone’s YouTube channel that Lola told them that Mirabella wasn’t able to send them enough palettes so they had to switch to someone else.

Missing Kokie Powder Contour Palette:
The January Boxes were shipped out on Friday, and we noticed we are receiving many emails where some subscribers are stating the Kokie Cosmetics Contour Powder Palette didn’t arrive in their January Box. If you receive your January Box and your Contour Powder Palette is missing, please respond to this email with your first and last name. We will forward the list of names to our fulfillment center and have the Contour Powder Palette shipped in your February Box. If you are not scheduled to receive the February Box, we will ship out your Contour Powder Palette separately.

So I signed up for Lola in Dec. 2017. It is Jan 22,2018 and I have yet to receive my box even though it shipped almost 2 weeks ago. Now they are saying boxes shipped WITHOUT all of the products. So you could be getting 4 instead of 5 products. And the contour product by Kookie is available at Walmart for 8.97????? Hmmmm…… So I’m still up in the air if I want to continue my subscription.

No wonder when I tried to sign up it turned out that I already have account with them and all the information, even so I’ve never heard about this box before. Totally make sense.

Signed up this morning (after seeing this) and was told my first box would be February–yeah! I would be happy with any of these palettes.

Where did you see that your fist box will be February? I signed up today and based on my re-new schedule looks like January will be my first box, which is sucks. I cannot stand contour pallets, I have two of them from boxycharm sitting unused.
