We have the FULL spoilers for the October 2017 Boxwalla Food box!

The October Box is themed The Flavors of Fall and will showcase fall-inspired flavors from Turkey, Afghanistan, Burma/Myanmar, India, North Africa. Each box will include five incredible products sourced from award winning artisans:

Orange Pistachio Chocolate Bar with Turmeric Infusion by Elements Truffles ($7)

Fall rolls in, spilling some incredibly delicious flavors into our October Food Box. Like  this Ayurveda inspired raw chocolate bar, with its bright citrusy flavor of orange, the nuttiness of pistachio, all enrobed in the most buttery luscious chocolate that's sweetened only with local raw honey. And, if that weren't enough, this chocolate is also infused with organic turmeric root powder.

Lemon Sultana Marmalata by  Le Bon Magot ($13)
This award winning delicious treat is evocative of the dried fruit preserves of Turkey. Made using pure Rumi saffron from Afghanistan, caraway, citrusy lemon and zaftig verjus from Wölffer Estate Vineyard, this is part marmalade, part chutney and wholly delicious.
1g Saffron from  Rumi Spice ($15)

Rumi Spice is a company started by three U.S. military veterans to improve the economic conditions in the war torn regions of Afghanistan by engaging in economic trade with the farmers there. Rumi spice works directly with Afghan farmers to bring to the U.S some of the finest saffron in the world. In addition to sourcing from local Afghan farms, they also employ 300 women in Herat, Afghanistan to hand harvest the delicate saffron stigmas from the flowers.

This exquisite saffron is used in Michelin starred restaurants like Eric Ripert's Le Bernadin and Daniel Boulod's Daniel. This pure, highly rated saffron is a must-have in every foodie's pantry.

Lotus Chips from Burma Love Natural Foods ($3.99)

From the creators of iconic restaurant Burma Superstar, we bring you these highly addictive Lotus Chips. These hand sliced Lotus Chips are made from the roots of the lotus flower and are perfectly seasoned with sesame seeds, roasted seaweed, salt, pepper and a touch of cayenne.

Spiced Raisin Marmalata by Le Bon Magot ($13)

Another award winning product from Lebon Magot (it won the Sofi Awards Gold this year for best jam/preserve), the Spiced Raisin Marmalata is inspired by spices from North Africa. Raisins soak in a sweet 'n spicy syrup, honoring Ras al hanout, North Africa's signature spice blend of rose petals, cinnamon, cardamom. This marmalata is unusual and insanely delicious.

Reserve your box by September 29 to experience these Flavors of Fall.
