  1. I ordered within minutes of the sale starting – and just got the email only Winter is left. Not happy – oh well.

    • Seems like they’ve filled the orders randomly rather than on a first come first served basis.

  2. Did anyone else have the beautycon box lost in the mail?? I contacted them and don’t have insurance 😭😭😭😭 Now I’m out the box this mama of 3 was really looking forward to AND the money. And the best they could do was offer me 50% the box. But when you factor in my $8.75 already paid plus if I pay the 50% price of $17.50, I’m getting close to paying the regular box price. And waited 2 weeks to find that out. Not impressed 🙁

  3. Can anyone give a guess about which boxes made it through for me based on shipping weight? I ordered one of each, got the email that “summer” won’t be coming, but not sure if that means one or both of the summer got canceled. CS has yet to answer. My shipping weight is 6.1 lbs, so I’m thinking only the winter and fall actually made it through the order chaos. The box is 14x13x3.

    • I actually think u may have gotten all 4. If u did lucky you! I’m only getting 3 of the 4 I ordered…. oh well I’m still happy! As long as nothing is missing from my boxes… I’ve hear a couple ppl complain stuff was missing. Hopefully it won’t be that case for most of us!

      • I got 1 fall and 2 winter and my shipping weight is 4.8lbs so I’m thinking u got all 4 also..lucky you .
        First they told me I wouldn’t be getting one of the summers and then they sent me another email and said I wouldn’t be getting either Summer boxes 😫

  5. I ordered one of each for a total 4. I was randomly billed for one on Sept. 9 then received an email today that the “Summer” box (no year indicated) was no longer available. I have reached out to them to confirm which Summer box is not available and to confirm that I will still receive the remaining 3 boxes.

    • It’s summer 2016 that I was told I would not be receiving. Weird since I ordered early and had no problems with technical issues (since it was early in the morning). I am receiving summer 2017 still.

  6. I didn’t order any of these boxes- I missed the sale- however I see the comments that people aren’t getting what boxes they did order. They are receiving emails to the effect that the company didn’t anticipate the interest and ran out or are getting different boxes than they ordered. I just looked at their website a minute ago and they do HAVE all the boxes up there that they offered… but now they are $35 each. Has anybody tried holding them to their sale price commitment? Or was this a ploy to regenerate interest and hike the price?

    • Both summer boxes are out of stock when you actually add to cart.

  7. My Summer ’17 just arrived! I had ordered it separately, after having ordered the other 3 together. They’re due today, too. I think this box is wonderful! Just applied the cuticle oil, mascara, eye shadow crayon, and the lip gloss! What next???

  9. So after I ordered one of each of the boxes and 4 total on September 2 I sent it in email do you beauty con wondering why I received a charge for 8.75 today and 17.50 on September 9. They informed me that the summer box had been over anticipated and they sold to many so I wouldn’t be getting that box. So now I’m only getting three boxes now this is only after I sent them an email inquiring as to what the charges were for on two different days. So I’m wondering if they were ever going to say anything to me about it. I think this is some real BS

    • I ordered one of each as a surprise for my daughter, got confirmation I was getting all 4, have had several contacts with customer service over the last 10 days that indicated I was getting all 4, and now get the “no summer box” email with no indication of which year or if it is both. I have sent them a reply with a strong suggestion that if they want to continue to sell products they should immediately get a new inventory and sales management software vendor because this should not happen. The software should not allow you to sell more than you have and if it fails, it should not take over a week to let customers know. You send out an email immediately to all letting them know that there may be an issue, not repeatedly give what are apparently lame false excuses about “backordering.”

      Since they are still listing the winter and fall boxes for sale, I would have preferred being offered the option to substitute one or both for the summer box(es) that will evidently not be shipping rather than have up to half my order summarily cancelled. I’ve also now been twice directed to “check my account” for information but unable to do so. When I asked to be directed to access for said account, I was informed that all customer account access was disabled as of 8/24. Luckily I have not told my daughter exactly what I was getting for her, so I will be the only one disappointed.
