Question … I have only been with Ipsy since April. I seen this post and requested the colour pop lippie and also mentioned that i thought this bag was awesome and i love the tarte mascara too. I got a reply back from customer service that said one of the two would be in my bag.
When i checked my bag contents this morning … i got the smashbox item??
Has anyone ever requested something and they don’t get what they requested. I mean I understand that they can’t always accommodate everyone but i requested in July right after this information came out. I would imagine that was enough time and also since I got a reply back from customer service i thought i was good. Every other time i have requested items, i got them. Just kind of disappointment that the two options i was looking forward to wont be in my box. 🙁

I requested the Colourpop Lippie Stix, mostly so I don’t get a gloss. LOL. I read about opting out of up to products? How does that work exactly? There always seems to be at least 1 thing Im always “meh” about.

You can opt out of up to 3 products. Not colors or Brands mind you. Example: I opted out of acne treatments, toners, & finishing powders. Just shoot CS an e-mail with your opt out list. They will send a reply letting you know if your list is excepted and the how long the products will remain on the opt out list.
Just keep in mind that what you choose to opt out of May effect what products your matched to OR NOT. I decided not to keep finishing powders on my opt out list because I was afraid I wouldn’t ever get matched up with powder blushes, etc…

Does anyone that got the new gold bag still see Ipsy Offers in their account? I no longer see them. 🙁 They just have the shop for me now. Am I missing it or are ipsy offers going away? Thanks in advance!

I got the gold bag and I still have the Ipsy Offers on my account, I’m using the app on my phone though but as far as I know it’s up to date.. You might want to check with them 🙂

I love collabs! Gotta go with a lip product just bc of the collab.
I usually pick higher end items. I rarely like cheap items, and never use them even the samples. Coulor pop wouldn’t have been my brand of choice here… or a lipgloss. BUT collabs are ussually pretty special and a lot of hard work and love for the team that put them together. Gotta appreciate that!!!

You have to click on the part that says Glambag scroll to the bottom of that page and it says “Your glambag” You will find the items that you’ll receive there. They will be available on 8/4. Hope you get everything you were expecting!!!

You can also opt out of a category like haircare, skincare. I hunt around for choices because I tend to find out there is more to choose from than what they list. You can email customer support and ask about how to opt out, etc. I found out I couldn’t opt out of a specific item. For me its liquid eyeliner I seem to always get them.

I got liquid eyeliners in June AND August. I’ve e-mailed them several times saying that I prefer pencil eyeliners, but it doesn’t seem to matter. If I get another one I’m cancelling.

I got a sample size of the mascara from tarte and it looks exactly the same as the full size just smaller and it’s a hard plastic.

I love the Radiance Primer. It gives a nice glow that you can wear alone or with some light foundation. I like it for the summer because it evens skin tone, but is real light. I just use it and some light powder. Gives a healthy glow appearance.

Requested the Color Pop Ipsy exclusive lip. Colour Pop matte lipsticks are my new obsession.
Anyone who is on the fence about the Tarte mascara it was my exclusive mascara until I discovered Benefit but it is a great mascara for fullness and length.

Hello! I do slight differences in my profile and preferences such as, I have auburn hair, so i do one with red hair and the other with brown, one light skin and one medium etc.. and I check mascara, blush etc..on one and nails, skincare etc..on the other. Occasionally I get a dupe but not too often!

I asked for the ColourPop lip gloss. I can’t stand matte lipsticks but I really want one of them since it is so unique to do the collaboration and I do want to try their gloss formula. I do hope I get the smash box primer as well tho.

Just picking one exclusive thing. they usually only send out one of the “exclusive” items per bag so it’s nice to be able to choose which one you get. there’s usually three waves of spoilers, so i’d wait to see what else comes out unless you’re totally in love with one of the items above.

I think I’m going to try the truffle oil! The lipsticks are too bold for me, I already have the mascara (which I love by the way), I don’t need any more cleansers since I’ve gotten like 10,000 of them from ipsy, and I already have the original photo finish primer. These are all really great options, I hope that the bag has other products that are as great as these!

I requested the Colourpop gloss, as I’ve always wanted to try their gloss formula & the shade is more neutral than the lippie stix colour shown. Also, I’m assuming it’ll be full size as Colourpop is so affordable!

I buy the Tarte mascara and is the only one I use. It is fantastic!!! It is the only one really that doesn’t burn my eyes with sweat or tears. Trust me, you won’t be sorry requesting this one! Matter of fact I have the mini size you can purchase in my purse at all times for touch ups.

I’ll probably request the serum. The cleanser is 11 bucks so I can probably buy that on my own sometime but the serum is 35 so it’d be cool to get a sample to see if the full size is worth it or not.
