Luxor Box has a new mystery box available now and they've released two spoilers!
SPOILER: Each and every "mystery" box WILL include a 1951 Maison Francaise Clutch (sizes and colors/prints will vary) AND a $135 Ripauste 3-piece set of a purse, wallet and belt in either black or camel leather.

I never have understood why Luxor doesn’t do mystery boxes like most companies do — something that’s cheaper than their sub, maybe in the $50-$80 range. (Clearly not with a 1951 and this trio, but just in general.) I’m a subscriber so already have the trio from the last box so I’m not all that excited about the idea of paying twice as much as the sub for one box of mostly duplicates. I wouldn’t mind a box of duplicates for $75. Oh, well.

I totally caved and ordered—LOVE 1951 and have never received one in the (sporadic) Luxor boxes I’ve bought. Received a few duplicates of things though. Anywhoo, really hoping to NOT get the Eddie B. bracelet. I swapped VERY heavily for it and don’t have particularly large wrists, but I’m 5’10” and it looks almost comical. It’s back up on my swap page, never worn, if anybody is interested!

So… at the moment… I’d rather take my $260 to the 5th Ave Summer box.

My thoughts exactly AmyM! I love the Ripauste set and would be happy with either color. I’ve wanted a 1951 clutch since I started following this site years ago but they have some interesting colors, so I’d hate to end up with one I didn’t care for. Oh decisions, decisions!

I just got my May box and the three piece set is super luxe. Much happier with that than fff add ons:). The quality is great and will last.

Interesting…if you begin the purchase process they ask for your wrist size. I’m betting they are including the Eddie Borge bracelet in some boxes but they probably fielded some complaints about it in the regular box since it’s kind of tiny, thus the question. If so, that’s the makings of a great box!

When I bought the standalone one-time purchase May box they also asked for wrist size. There’s definitely not a bracelet in that box ( I haven’t gotten it yet but there wasn’t in May review.) So I think they just ask it for every purchase. Doesn’t mean there ISN’T a bracelet in this mystery one, that’s just a heads up.

Oh, good to know. thanks. That will force me to set my expectations more appropriately. I’ll expect another one of the corporate-ee crystal clocks and and that blue tassel clutch so, pretty much, if I receive anything else I’ll be happy! Thanks for the feedback 🙂
