It was a gamble to include almost all non-beauty items and the reviews seem to be reflecting it. Personally I’m not a fan of going too far in one curation direction if the sub is billed as a lifestyle box. I’ve mostly enjoyed my boxes all year so far but at if I’m not using the majority of what’s included, the value isn’t there for me. It’s always nice to gift things I won’t use but in all honesty, I don’t sub so I can give away the contents to friends and family. And that’s what I’ve been doing. The watch and necklace are cute but to me look inexpensive in terms of quality. The watch band doesn’t bend where it connects to the face so it has to be stored fully extended. The “pleather” is quite stiff as well. The chain is on par with items from Claire’s or perhaps Charming Charlie. Nothing wrong with either since I have shopped at both often, but it’s just not something I’m likely to wear. I generally love costume jewelry of all different metals with no real preference for one over another but I prefer pieces that don’t look, in my opinion, like costume quality if that makes sense. All that said, I do like the mini trinket dish and body wash. The card is lovely as well; I just don’t get very excited about receiving cards (or prints for that matter) when they’re counted as a main item. I’ve very much enjoyed my subscription but I think I’m ready to take a step back, at least for now. I’ll always support small businesses; the majority of my subs in the last year and a half have been operated by small ventures and it’s been a wonderful experience overall.

I wasn’t too sure about it until I got mine in my hands. I really like everything and the presentation with the bows and boxes are a real nice touch.

The card Saiza got reminds me of Firefly. Help, my geek is showing!

I think the watch is a little cheesy, but that bowl is beautiful! This box seems to really deliver on that type of item a lot.

I really like this month’s LuxePineapple Post! I can use everything in it. I’m delighted with everything, but I think the mini stoneware bowl and #juicy body wash are my favorites. I haven’t tried the body wash, but it smells amazing and I like the packaging. I think it’s so cool, that a watch and a necklace were included too. I love it when they include something with a pineapple on it.

No it’s not a “luxe” box, it’s only $24. It’s not Indigo Beaux. Their customer service is outstanding and I love that it’s a “beauty box” with lifestyle items in it. I love the ceramic dish and the body wash. And the box value is double what I paid for it.

If they have to say its “luxe”, its not “luxe”. Lol

It is a luxurious pineapple….

Glad this is my last month since I’ve swapped everything in the last 3-4 boxes. I feel like the curation has gone downhill since earlier this year. Maybe more focus has been going into their home box or something, but their regular box has not been good this year. Time to cut my losses (I spend more on postage swapping all the items in the box than what I pay for the box which doesn’t make sense). Great customer service but the curation needs a makeover.

I’m so glad you said that, about postage! I actually like this box and the quality & customer service has been outstanding, however I’ve never gotten around to actually swapping anything because it always seems like postage costs defeat the whole purpose and eat up any value! I was starting to think I was the only one who felt this way, since so many people swap!

I received my box today and I love it. The ring dish is much prettier in person. It’s handmade and is quite nice. I’m going to use mine as a salt dish. The necklace is very nice as well. It makes me think of Penny & Grace. The body wash is definitely a wake-me-up scent. I’m glad there was no makeup in this month’s box.
I’m wearing the watch now. the band is skinny so it looks dainty on my wrist. Another hit.

I Agree! The watch quality was impressive in real life, as was the necklace! These aren’t things I’d have gone out and bought, but they are very nice in person and I will use them! I like that they mix it up and include things other boxes wouldn’t. It makes them unique. As far as everyone complaining about the word, “Luxe” or lack thereof, the handmade bowl is actually very high quality. I was impressed.

Not good. Cheesy.

I see the pineapple, but where’s the “luxe” part? I wouldn’t get this if it were $10.

You said just what I was thinking. There is nothing luxe to speak of.

It’s a $20 box. It is not Oui Please or Luxor.
