Doesn’t the hair tie already come in the June/July box? I’ve been on the fence about subscribing to this box for a while so I was excited about the free gifts post. But it does doesn’t feel like much of a bonus when I would be receiving the hair tie anyway.

The hair tie is cute, but is not well made. The first one broke just trying to put it around my hair once. CS was great! Sent a second one, which also broke on the first use. The elastic is glued into the gold ball and pulls out of a gentle tug. It works as a bracelet but not a hair tie. Not worth $28

Thanks for mentioning. I had requested the black tie and received the blue. I was thinking of reaching out to cs about it, but now I won’t bother. It is pretty annoying to see that they have extras when they couldn’t work out my request, though. Meh.
