I think this is my best Ipsy bag eva! and I had about 12. No skin care and no hair care products!! I am beyond thrilled with this months bag.

How do some people already know what they’re getting? Mine always says check back on the 5th of each month to “reveal” my items .-.
I wonder if they actually read the comments when they tell you to review the bags. I specifically rated liquid eyeliners with 1 star and said that I don’t use it, but I have gotten 3 in the past few bags, and I’ve only been subscribing since Nov 2016.

You can tell them to opt you out temporarily or permanently of certain types of items. May want to try that. I used to get peachy orange blushes all the time and I don’t wear blush so im opted out permanently for blush.

And yeah it’s weird. I wonder how they actually match us up with our items. Like I said I have gotten many brands they feature this month (long term subscriber) but they may bed me with what I rated low instead of high. Just doesn’t make sense

I’m getting the Urban Decay afterglow highlighter, pacifica eye shadow pallette, starlooks liner pen with stamp, adesse nail polish, and a royal and langnickel brush. I got the luxie brush last month and love it. I am excited for the eyeshadow and nail polish. I just got a highlighter last month and I get a black eyeliner every month.

Already bummed about what I am getting, even the bag 🙁
I got the pacifica pallete (only exciting thing)
Mellow Cosmetics Lipstick (I purposely don’t have that checked on profile)
Manda Kandar Highlighter/Bronzer (I have gotten a highlighter every month, have this, and both are unchecked)
Have a cute looking peek a boo blush(I am super pale and blush never works for me, plus…unchecked)
Lastly, the Luxie Foundation brush(meh, at least I like brushes + it’s checked)
Out of everything, I like only the one thing requested. Out of the rest, only one thing was checked on profile. And I have gotten blushes, highlighters and bronzers at least once a month already!
At least I didn’t get the mascara, brow thing, or eyeliner(2/3 are my do not want w/ ipsy though…)
How ’bout you guys, hopefully someone out there loves their entire bags! First time I have only liked one thing…thought it would last longer than 2 months though!! 🙁

UB afterglow highlighter (I think I marked do not like for highlighters but somehow still get them)
it cosmetics mascara (I’m running low on mascara so this will be used)
Jelly Pong Pong eyeshadow (this looks super pretty)
Cailyn matte lippie (I’m a lippie girl who’s on the search for a matte non-drying formula so excited to try)
Adesse gel effect polish
Overall, I’m happy with my bag and will definitely try everything.

The bag is just alright in my opinion. My work requires people to carry around clear bags if they are going to have one , so its not new in my eyes. and Usually bags like this will crack easily in cold weather ( don’t leave it in your car on very cold days ) . So far the spoilers are awesome though and cannot wait to get them !

This month feels a little childish to me just like last month. January and March bags were nicer to me so far this year. I don’t mind though. I get it won’t be a hit for me every month and they are many different age groups that love Ipsy. My niece will like this.

I was just wondering for everyone that does swaps is it normal for people to just not respond. I’m new to swaps and it seems like people just leave the swap request hanging. I don’t mind if someone is not interested but it would be nice to just say so.

I don’t swap, but I love to read the forum discussions on swapping in case I ever decide to join, and from what I’ve gathered is that everyone has a different “communication” style when it comes to swapping (from very communicative to non-existent), plus there a ton of different reasons why they may not be communicative… not receiving swap notifications (this appears to be a known, but occasional glitch in the system), life gets in the way, they’re negotiating other swaps for that same item, etc. Hopefully, someone with actual experience can lend some more insight. 🙂

When I first saw it and thought it was white I was like meh, but when I saw it was see through that turned my opinion around. It reminds me of my child hood. I had see through everything. I hope I get the jelly pong pong eyeshadow. I have two subs so fingers crossed.

I don’t love the bag design, but I’m super excited to be getting another bag that doesn’t loudly scream “makeup”! I was bummed for a while that so many of the bags weren’t really usable for other purposes because they either had pictures of makeup or literally the word “makeup,” so any departure from that is a GREAT change for me. Yay!

I do the same thing. I use them for organizing my purse and I switch them out ever so often for season, holidays, etc. I love Love to org and get the bags. They have been hitting out the Park for me for awhile now. I haven’t had any complaints. But I’m not a complainer. Some ppl like they use to say wouldn’t be happy if u hung them with a new rope. Lol. That’s not for u. I just saying to everyone or anyone that reads these comments. I think the bags have gotten ALOT BETTER FOR A YEAR OR SO NOW. I have some old ines that like the plastic vinyl stuff. I melted one or two by putting them on my lights. Which wasn’t a a very smart idea anyway. Lol. But they were pretty cheap looking. Not a big loss. So many months I’m super Hapoy I have beensubbed and getting them and the products. I love these spoilers.

Exactly! I love using my bags as card game totes, travel kits, gift wrap, or wallets. I’m a HUGE fan of the ones that I can use as clutches! If they’re super loud about being makeup bags, though, I feel like that limits their uses. Since this one doesn’t have makeup brushes on it or anything, it’ll be a perfect gift for a friend’s elementary schooler! I’m so pleased.

This bag is so cute and fun. I love how Ipsy is always switching it up and being creative even if I’m not overly fond of a bag. Which has only happened to me twice in the last 15 months. I can’t wait to see what I am getting this month.

Ipsy is killing it this month!!! I am getting the IT cosmetics contour palette for signing up for the Ipsy bag ( a second account), the products look so awesome this month, and now this adorable bag! SOOO happy I signed up for a 2nd Ipsy bag a few days ago.. because now me and my 3 year old don’t have to fight over who gets this super cute bag! We both get one!! 🙂 BUT.. momma gets the goodies inside both! 😉 LOL

I just tried and the phase 3 was there but I couldn’t do it yet. I think when it says that “we’re still making your glam bag come back on 05/05 to see what you will be getting” message that’s usually displayed is when we can display our items. Im going to see if I can do it later tonight or tomorrow when that message is shown.
