FYI – The Luxor Box offices will be closed from tonightΒ – April 11th. March boxes are shipping now through March 20th. The office closing will not impact shipments but any customer service needs will be addressed when the office reopens April 12th:

    i hope I’m wrong, but seriously.. who doesn’t have internet for 3 WEEKS??? I’m pretty sure someone on the Luxor staff has data/wifi on their phone?!? Seems super sketchy to me. Also, right as a round of boxes are supposed to be sent out?? That’s the most crucial time to have customer service in place. Hopefully, I’m just paranoid & my “gut feeling” is waaaaay off.

  3. I’m concerned because I still haven’t received my shipping information. If It’s not here before customer service closes today there won’t be anyway to contact Luxor until April 12th. And yet not all tracking labels will be emailed until the 19th? I usually receive my shipping labels on the first or second day they send them out. Now I am getting really nervous. I have emailed customer service and am waiting on a response. I think it’s unprofessional to not have customer service available until they have sent out all shipping labels and have given time for notifications if they missed someone.
    I have been a subscriber from the beginning and recently added a second box which I have now cancelled. It’s one thing to have a $95 issue but quite another to have one that costs $235.

    • They responded already and have confirmed I will get my labels on Sunday. I guess I will have to wait and see

  4. I wonder if they will still be able to process payments during this time? My May box charge should be around the end of March.

    • Yeah, same here. My card should be charged for the May box on March 30th. Since I can’t contact them, I will cancel the subscription through Paypal. Hoping there won’t be any issues I need actual Luxor customer service for.

      • I want to cancel too. I had a hard time finding that info on their site but just now saw that it said if you want to cancel you should log into your PayPal account and do it that way. Their box may be luxe but their technology is definitely not!

  5. Who doesn’t have access to email outside of their office?

    • I thought that was odd too. Sounds more like they are using the opportunity for an extended vacation. Good for them?!?! I’m not a subscriber, but it seems kind of odd to not have ANY customer service available for 3 weeks…especially for such a high end, luxe box….
