  1. No one reviewed the March box? I just tried it out. The hot hair mask is different…it’s a nice conditioner, but a little gimmicky with the heat thing. I think it would have worked the same without it. And I’m not a fan of packets, although this one was big and I get the packaging because of the self-heating feature. But still hard to get all the product out this way. The serum and lotion are great, the concealer and St. Tropez glow are really nice too.

    The eye mask stung about 10 seconds after I put it on. So, of course, I put it on the other eye too. Same thing. I decided to wait a minute or two to see if this subsided. When it did not I took them off and applied the balm for compromised skin that I got in my New Beauty TestTube. All is well, and I think my undereye looks better than it did before the mask, but no way was I making it 15 minutes!

  3. Just to add on a little to the cancellation conversation:

    After receiving only one box, out of my 3-month subscription, I requested to cancel just yesterday, and they cancelled it with no issues. I’m not sure if it was within the 14 day window, as I can’t recall when I actually received February’s box, but here’s what they sent:

    “Thank you for getting in touch about cancelling your Lookfantastic Beauty Box Subscription – 3 Month Renewal.

    I can confirm that this has successfully cancelled and you should now have received an email updating you on the new status of the order.

    If a charge has been taken for the order, then a refund will be requested and the money returned to your account within 3-5 working days.

    If there is anything else that we can do, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help.”

      Thank you for all the information. I just received an e-mail that my order was dispatched. I will try again to cancel it.

    • Hi Luna, I enjoy all your reviews and comments so I am curious. Am I missing something? Is something happening with Look Fantastic that many people are cancelling. I really like this box but if something is wrong I’d like to know. Or are you prepping for your summer shutdown of subs. If too personal of a question please let me know it’s none of my business. I noticed you also discontinued a different box as well. I hate to be uniformed if there are bad things happening. Thanks. Lola EB

      • Hi Lola, I know question was for Luna and I hope she gives you the answer. However, I just want to say that this box is good, but for me it was little bit expensive ($17) and I have no user of magazine. My reason for cancellation was that I subscribe to 14 boxes and it is time to slim down on subscriptions. I would not say anything bad about the box, I think it is really good and customer service fantastic.

        • Thanks Svetlana7e for your response. I really like this box a lot. Not only am I a skin care and make up junkie, I love fashion magazines and it’s nice to get one that is different than the US version.

  5. My favorite bb. Will use everything except the tanner stuff. Don’t mind the sample sizes. Usually get quite a few uses. That’s fine considering there is usually something in another box I want to try as well and I’m not product loyal. I pay $13 because I have subbed before the price went up. Feel it is a good deal.

  6. My favorite inexpensive box. Lux products and usually deluxe sizes sometimes with full sizes. I am excited for some new products to try in March.

    • The product sizes are definitely deluxe. I am happy with my March box.

  9. I’ll use everything in this box, except the tanning product – never use them! Looking forward to getting this box, it is definitely one of my favourite subscriptions.

    • The product description isn’t exactly a self-tanner. It’s a “tan-booster” and washes away with soap and water. Something to stash away for summer when I might have a bit of a tan to try it on.

  12. A great box as always! I will never unsubscribe from this box. It is definitely my favorite.

  13. I’m so glad I cancelled. I was only using about one thing per box and everything else was just not for me and I was never reading the free magazine. I’m happy I don’t feel any FOMO.☺

    • I’m right there with you. I subbed for about 6 months, and every month I was fairly underwhelmed. I know lots of people love this sub, but it just didn’t do it for me. I felt I enjoyed my Birchbox, Ipsy and Play subs more than this one, and they cost significantly less.

  14. I think this is the first box that I have not had any excitement for at all. This looks like a complete miss to me.

  17. I signed up for six month for this subscription. I have received two boxes so far. What happens if I cancel it now?

    • You’re stuck, they will keep taking the money out til you are done with the sub. I mistakenly subbed TWICE and they won’t even let me cancel one of them. BUT I do love the boxes and they swap well.

      This is prob the least favorite box so far for me BUT it’s mostly useable.

      • Carey you are absolutely right. I e-mail customer services and tried to explain that it is really a necessity to cancel the box, they said NOPE, wait till your last box dispatched, then you can e-mail us again and cancel it. It is a good box, but I have way too many boxes and I am paying $17 for box right now.

        • Svetlana7e you could cancel! They did this to me too. I went 3 months with them until I asked again and the woman worded it differently.

          “I can advise that you can cancel your 12 months subscription with 14 days of your last box being dispatched.”

          So this next box you get, right after, before 14 days you can cancel it. I just recently cancelled. I thought that I was stuck for a whole year!

          • When they say your last box they mean the last box that you received, not your last box in the subscription. I had thought it was the last box like the 12th box and you probably think it’s the sixth box. Hope that helps.

            I am very sorry but I have been unable to cancel this as you are part way through your 6 month subscription.

            I can confirm that a cancellation can be requested within 14 days of your last box being dispatched.

            I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”

            So confusing, but sounds like I am stuck for six month.

      Maybe you can ask, “With the next box that gets dispatched, can I contact you again to cancel before the 14th day?”
