    This is a technical error. I have just checked a few customers’ profiles with this problem and they are indeed getting the Love Box as they were scheduled.
    The message at the top of the page about the Comfort Box is a technical glitch.

  2. I would like for them to take a breathier…fix all their issues….satisfy their current customers…instead of constantly looking for new customers when they can’t handle what they already have. It’s time for them to take a close look at their business before they ruin it. Constantly trying to grow your customer base while struggling to handle what you already have is a disaster in the making

  3. Just got a response on facebook. They said I was now scheduled to receive the love box in the next few weeks!!! What kind of a way is this to run a business?? Just change someones selection after the selection period is way over, to a box they did’nt even choose when it was offered in December and not notify them. I have 2 subscriptions with them and just placed a pre order for glasses that would have matched the wine glasses I am no longer getting!! I think it’s time to ask for a refund and cancel my subscriptions!

  4. I just looked and I too am listed as getting the Comfort box. I’ve been a subscriber with two boxes for over a year and I definitely don’t want two more comfort boxes! Their system never works properly for me so I’ve never been able to upgrade my subs with them. I generally re-sign up every month. That’s the only way I can see them justifying sending me two more of those. I suspect it’s a glitch because I think they would have contacted us to chose another theme rather than just sending out a ton of the Comfort boxes

  5. I was scheduled to get Love as well and just logged on and it says Comfort… But if I scroll down to Previously Selected Themes it shows Love for January… I really hope this is a bug and that they did not change themes on subscribers last minute.

  6. I also wonder why Liz doesn’t mention their shady business practices lately, I know she gets the box to review. But the loyal subscribers seem to be getting the short end of the stick lately. It’s just like with Kloverbox, she gave them glowing reviews all the time, meanwhile they auto-renewed my sub like two months in advance without ever sending boxes. I had to file disputes multiple times with my bank to even get my boxes. That they charged me for!! But they also deleted any negative feedback on their FB page and then blocked you, so of course that’s why they only have glowing reviews everywhere. I will NEVER sub to Kloverbox again and now I’m adding Globein to that list too.

    • I was wondering the same thing. MSA is advertising for them but aren’t warning potential customers that Globein is having serious customer satisfaction problems right now. I’m disappointed in MSA and Globein with this whole mess.

  7. I have same story. I selected pamper box for January but now it says that my theme is Comfort. I received comfort box in December. I am hoping that it is their website glitch. If I receive another comfort box, I will definitely be done with this company.

    • Me too! Beyond disappointed! I have 2 subs for this and both have been changed at the last minute. How can they run a business like this? I just sent an email to not ship the comfort boxes and to refund the charges for my add ons.

      • Exact same thing Nina. My shipment for this month said Love for weeks plus three add-ons. THAT was the order I wanted and approved to be charged for. Now after they have charged me and taken my money they think they can just send me something else (the Comfort box) without checking with me first? No – absolutely not. I cancelled and have demanded a refund for this month and my add-ons. To see them try to get more customers when they obviously can’t take care of the ones they already have is ridiculous. They send out statement after statement claiming that their customers are so important to them, yet they repeatedly treat us like this. It’s so sad to see them become this shady. But I’m not going to stick around for it. I’m completely done with this company.

        • Did you check to make sure it isn’t a website glitch before automatically assuming they are just “out to get everyone” and am intentionally being deceitful? It seems as though a LARGE portion of people are having the same problems with the theme just being switched now. And like me, other people are still showing Love box under the “previous theme” section for January eventhough it now says Comfort at the top of the page. Because they have had issues with the website in the past, that seems more likely to me than them waiting to charge everyone that actually was scheduled to get a Love box and then changing all of them too. Until GlobeIn has a chance to respond and explain the situation, I’m not going to assume they are “shady.”

          • I reached out to GlobeIn about this – I’ll do a post as soon as I hear back with info.

          • I just saw the post about the glitch. I admit I was wrong this time. That said, the reason why it was so easy for me and other subscribers to believe this is because they have been doing some fairly shady things lately. This kind of reaction is what happens when you break trust with your customers. And yes, I’m getting Love, but let’s just say it didn’t come easily. It is good to know that this particular instance was just a glitch.

  8. Mine was switched as well. I emailed them, will see what they say. I have no use for another “Comfort” box.

    With the other mistakes they’ve made recently, I doubt I’ll renew my subscription. So sad because this was my favorite subscription box.

    • It used to be my favorite too. I decided to cancel and got a refund on the rest of my subscription.

  9. Mine has been changed from Love to Comfort also. Rats! What was in the Comfort box?

    • It was last month’s box, where they switched all the teacups on everyone. As annoyed as I am with Globein, I suspect it’s glitch but who knows. I really hope this business can pull it together and learn from their mistakes.

  10. I would not recommend this box to anyone not even because they ran out of stock, but because they change your box and do not even notify you. I was actually getting the love box (I have to log in and check everyday) for January and went in today and it switched to comfort without notification. I can not wait until my subscription ends.

    • I noticed mine said the same thing…has said Love all along but now at the top it said my January theme was Comfort. However, if I scroll down and look at my billing/shipping history it still says for January that my theme was Love and it lists the abbreviations of my add-ons. I’m thinking this is a website bug. If you really have concerns, I’m sure you can email them and let them know what happened and make sure you are getting the right box. They have always been helpful for me and made “it right” every way they could.

      • Thanks for your response ! I think with all of the negativity this month I am assuming the worst. I will send them an email to confirm.

      • Perhaps, but I’m not convinced. Will see what they say to my email.

        When I scroll down to my history, it also lists that I was to have my basket substitutes, but I didn’t get them in the last few boxes, I still got the palm leaf basket, of which I have too many
