Hi everyone. I have a question about the Look Fantastic box. I recently subscribed for the December box and have not received it yet. My email from them said I should have gotten it on 1/6 and it’s now 1/12. That is one concern.

The other is, if you live in the US, do they want your actual US county or state in their sign up address instructions. I don’t know if county may mean state in the UK. I used my county but never entered my state. I did enter my zip code though. Did you enter your state of county for your current address on your account?

Hi Donna!
First, I would definitely contact them if you haven’t yet. I know it took longer than usual to deliver to most subscribers in the states for the Dec box due to holidays, but it’s probably over 30 days for you. Contact them via their “message” on your “account home portal” on the look fantastic site. They usually respond within 24 hours in my experience.
Secondly, last month (December) was my first box, and it came very late but it arrived.
When I signed up, I used my standard address, with my current state (Nevada) included. No county. For most overseas companies/family, all that’s needed is our regular address, with house number, apt/unit, street name, city, state and zip code.
I hope you still get your box since you did use zip code-there’s hope, it’s probably rolling around somewhere!
But, I’d contact them asap with your address correction- just write it out as you’d be sharing it with anyone in a different state. I believe they are partnering with USPS so, it’ll be a bit smoother for deliveries in the states in the future. 🙂

My box finally arrived, was due around the 16th.
So depending on your stated delivery date you should add 2 weeks.

I just got mine today and last month I got it on the same day. I guess I should expect them to take the payment in the beginning of the month and to receive it by the end.

By the time I get it I am not excited anymore, LOL.

Update – I still have NOT received my box as of today – 27th. In my dispatch email it stated on or before December 19th. I will wait the required few more days and contact them which I’m dreading since their customer service has been lacking.

Hi I was able to redeem for the Aveda Bundle. Item was back in stock. However in order to redeem. You have to do it on Look Fantastic’s UK site. When I tried on USA version of site it would not accept the redemption code. When you go to website on the upper right hand corner you can change the country. Once you do that you should be able to redeem.

Like everyone else.. I was worried also, because it was taking so long for my box to arrive. I just wanted to say that I finally got my box on Dec. 24th! It arrived much later then usual. So everyone elses should be coming soon. I live in P.A. .. if that helps anyone.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to let you know I received my very first Look Fantastic December beauty box today (23 Dec). This is my first time subscribing to Look Fantastic (subscribed for 6 months as a test run), and I too have been concerned, as it stated I would have it “on or before the 20th” on my dispatch email. However, the box arrived today in perfect condition, and I am absolutely delighted with all of it!! 🙂
I subscribe to a few others as well, and am a big fan of MSA and all the great work you and your team do, Liz Cadman.

If you haven’t received your box yet, I do think the delays are due to the holidays!! I have faith in Look Fantastic!!

No, I called them yesterday because I have not received my November or December (I signed up late in November) and they said to wait till 30 days before calling and stating it is missing. They said that due to the Holidays shipments may be behind.

UPDATE – I still haven’t received the December box or the Black Friday Bumper box. I do live in California. This is my 4th month as a subscriber and it’s never taken anywhere near this long to get previous boxes 🙁
Their customer service is terrible, so I’m really dreading dealing with this if the boxes do not come in the next week.

I haven’t received mine yet either. I think USPS is slower than usual because of the holidays. I ordered the Black Friday Bumper box and haven’t received that either. I’m really hoping they both show up because LF customer service is really lacking.

I agree with you here! The only reason I’m worried about it being late is their terrible CS. Last month I had a product that was totally smashed and after trying multiple avenues they finally said it was on the way – it wasn’t.

But did you receive a shipping notification? I just subbed a full year on cyber Monday and was charged my first month and then nothing. No notifications or welcome emails. Is this there norm? I do see that I subbed on dashboard, but again no shipping notices. Any info on how to contact them would be great.

I didn’t receive mine yet either! I’m getting nervous! I live in Pennsylvania, but usually get it by now. Their F@Q say to wait for 30 days if in the US to report a missing box, but then a few paragraphs later, they state that if a missing box is not reported within 30 days of processing, it will NOT be their responsibility to replace! So confusing! So, I wrote them today to find out what’s going on with my box. They did charge me and I got an email saying it was shipped, but when I go to my account, it doesn’t show nothing about my December box! Is their others who didn’t get their boxes yet either? Definitely nervous….

@Liz, I think currently the 12-month option is $16/month rather than the $15 like before. They didn’t change their page description; you see the new price when try to choose the plan. I was so close to sub it (cuz the great reviews and curation) but cuz of the price increase, I decide to hold off until the price drop back to $15. I know $12 a year is probably not much, but after the foreign transaction fees, it’s like 2 target beauty boxes haha

I don’t get charged any foreign transaction fees. I signed up in October and am locked in at $15.00 a month…such a good deal! LF is what a great beauty sub looks like…fantastic packaging and amazing products, worth every penny!

Yes, they are raising the prices. Here’s the email:

On the 29th of November at 1pm GMT, at the same time as the changeover to our December box, the price for the Lookfantastic Beauty Box subscription plans changed worldwide for all non-subscribers. At this moment in time we’re honouring existing price for current subscribers, so if you continue with your auto-renew you will carry on paying the current price you have been previously paying.

In an effort to improve the experience for customers (higher quality, more valuable boxes), we changed the prices of some of our subscription plans to reflect a more premium angle. We are working to improve the offering all round and investing in more premium products, box exclusives, better offers, more functionality like personalising boxes and in training a knowledgeable and pro-active customer service team.

Below are some answers to the most frequently asked questions, if the answer to your email does not appear below then please contact our lovely Customer Services team who will be on hand to answer any questions you do have.

What are the new prices?
The 1 month rolling is staying the same at £15, the 3 month is now £14.50, the 6 month is £13.75 and the 12 month is £13. (Specific per territory).

When will this happen?
The price change will take place at the same time as we switch over to the December box at 1pm on Tuesday the 29th of November.

What does this mean for current subscribers?
We’re currently honouring existing price for current subscribers. If you continue your auto-renewal subscription you will be charged the same price as at the start of your subscription.

What are you changing for subscribers ?
We are investing more in the Beauty Box experience for customers which will include more premium products, box exclusives, and more functionality like personalising boxes to allow you choose to choose 1 or 2 products.

If I have already turned off auto-renew, can I turn this back on?
Unfortunately no, we are investing in improving our service offering and this will be one of the changes made over the next year. If you would like to continue receiving boxes you can sign up again to any of our subscription plans online.

Hi Dayan, I’m not sure if it’ll go back down to 15. A few weeks ago I received an email that they were increasing their prices. But you definitely wont be disappointed. This has become my favorite subscription.

Thank you. I am on the fence. I swore to myself I would not order another beauty box as I am totally inundated with products. But this one calls out to me every time a read the review. And I really like this box!

I’m happy to see a bath product… nothing like a hot soak after a hard day and the fizzes will be a fun treat.
