  1. I just checked and it still shows the dish as being selected for me (although it does still say sold out) so hopefully it arrives!!!

  2. After having the best CS ever, I am starting to have trouble with Globe In. Will likely not be renewing if this does not change.

    • What kind of problems have you been having?

      • My box choices and add ons keep disappearing from my account. It happened twice- and this last time I checked my account twice and the choice was there the first time then when I went to screen shot it the second, it wasn’t.

        They have new CS people that are just not Geena and Liza. I understand they are growing but the CS person could not even understand my issues til I finally directly emailed an owner. Frustrating.

        • I have had the same issue. I emailed them and haven’t heard back. It’s frustrating and disappointing.

        • I just had that issue but it was just with my basket or sub choice. My add ons were still there but it went back to the basket instead of the subbed dish. It said the dish was sold out but I had chosen it before when it wasn’t ? Weird!

        • Same thing here…
          I had picked to get the placemats last month instead of the basket and added on the dryer balls and recycled container. I got my add-on, but got the basket instead of the placements. And I really really don’t need anymore baskets!
          So this month I logged in (on my phone) right away and picked the dish instead of the basket. But when I checked earlier today on a computer, it shows basket and the dish is sold out. I sent an email and was surprised I hadn’t heard back yet, but I didn’t realize they had new cs people 🙁

          • I’m having the exact same issue – chose the dish right away but now it says I chose basket and they’re sold out. They must be getting a lot of emails.

        • I’ve also had some issues. I’ve had dryer balls and cocoa add-ons disappear from previous Benefit and Artisan baskets (I noticed the cocoa before the cut-off date but it said it was sold out by then too). Luckily they have both been offered again, so I re-added them…I hope. I also chose the sauce dish basket replacement yesterday morning but since I’ve had problems with stuff not “sticking” before, I went back and checked a couple of hours later and noticed it was back to the basket so I corrected it before it said sold out. Hopefully the web issues get sorted out soon and you guys get what you wanted. Despite the frustration with the website, I’ve still had very good experiences when dealing with customer service…

          • Add me to the list, too! Chose my theme the other day (the one here), and OF COURSE picked the dish. After reading you guys’ comments, I logged back in, and not only was the theme NOT the one I chose, the dish is now sold out! This is my 3rd month with GlobeIn, and I would love to stay with them, but this is the 3rd issue already (first one was my box did not ship for a couple weeks after the promised date, and I just got October’s box the other day, after not getting an email to choose my theme). I am very disappointed, particularly because I’ve liked that dish and imagined all kinds of uses for it since it was spoiled. :'( Sent an email but if it’s sold out, not really sure what they can do.
