POPSUGAR Must Have Box October 2016 FULL SPOILERS!

Wow. Popsugar is really going down hill. What a joke. A $42 umbrella… wow, no thanks. It’s like they put a bunch of cheap junk they can find together to make $$$$

Love the umbrella (I need one to put in my suitcase for when we travel), the makeup eraser (I’ve been considering buying one so I’m glad I waited), the shower oil & the hot chocolate. Meh on the book (it will probably go straight to Half Price Books) & the eyeliner. The mug will probably go in the box I’m setting up for my son for his first apartment.
So, overall I’m happy.

Why did i recieve a spoiler from them with fingerless gloves?? what?? They still havent shipped the mini i bought and im over it before i even get my box!!

Eyeliner how unusual and so unexpected! I have a lifetime supply of eyeliner and this box is a collection of items I don’t need. I am going to swap the entire box.

It’s fun to see ladies excited about a monthly box! Im enjoying reading what you all have to say! I’m a dork and clapped when I saw what was coming in one of my October subscriptions, so I appreciate the enthusiasm!
But There isn’t one thing in this box that would entice me to subcribe to this box. It looks like left over junk laying around that they threw in a box. I think I said out loud, really……when I saw what was in there.

I love my last umbrella from PS and suspect I’ll love this one just as much! I need a back up anyway. The body wash/oil sounds cool and nothing I would ever buy, so I’m happy to try here. Curious to try the makeup remover. Like most of their boxes, I really like 3-4 of the products and am just ok on the others.

I was so hoping to get a fall bag! Or luggage tag or jewerly from H B company. Not a mug or eyeliner! Any discount coupons from them ?

Lame. Who wants a $42 umbrella? So glad I cancelled a couple of months ago…nothing for me in this box worth it.

The umbrella was a free item with purchase a few seasons back. Like someone said, everything else could have been bought at TJ Maxx/Homegoods/Marshalls. Not worth it. I hope I don’t regret getting 2 mystery boxes!

I like everything but sad that the big ticket item is an umbrella (wouldn’t it be more themed for an April box) and a manual one at that….would have liked some gloves, a throw or cozy socks better.

I like most of the items in the box, although I probably would not have bought them on their own…. but enough with sending mugs. If you’re going to include a mug, make it something that makes you go WOW. There is nothing special about this mug, I would have preferred a fall scented candle.

Well, call me plain Jane. I’m happy with this box. I have paid full price for other Henri Bendell products and I’m excited to use the pretty umbrella. I am a medical device rep that’s out and about all day everyday so can’t have too many cute umbrellas on-hand. Always like a funnel coffee cup for teas, coffee, and hot cocoa. Luxurious bath oil/bubble bath–how perfect for fall and winter to feel pampered and keep skin soft. I receive quite a lot of these type of products between all of my sub boxes and I use them up. Thinking others must not put yours to use very often if you are stock piling. Maybe start to use them or switch to a different type of box if these aren’t the type items you enjoy. Just an observation. I enjoy practical boxes with pretty and usable items with a few high luxury and/or unique boxes sprinkled in here and there. Received my tracking code and looks like this will arrive on my birthday day. How fun! 🙂 Why is it such a bother to receive a book if it’s a freebie? Didn’t understand those complaints. If I wrote a book, I would be sharing mine, as well.

I’ll use the bubble bath, mug & hot chocolate, makeup eraser, & probably umbrella & eyeliner although I’m not really excited about those. I think this is an okay box but like the past few months it doesn’t really have a luxe/special feel or a hero item that most people seem to like.

I really love the umbrella and the oil! I will read the book but I’m not exactly thrilled about that! I don’t mind cocoa but we just received a mug a few months ago.
I ordered the mystery box and I hope there are some very interesting items included!
I agree… These boxes aren’t what they used to be. They used to more items with high quality items.
By the way in my opinion, the theme ever really matches the items in the box.
However, I think that we should make suggestions for what we would like to see in future boxes. I’ll be writing a list later on. Any suggestions?

Meh, bleh, super dull! I was hoping for fingerless gloves & that cool coffee carafe. I’ll be buying those separately and letting this box collect dust! I adore PSMH home items, but a coffee mug, really? The value just isn’t in this box! I’ll try to power my happy when I get it, but the reveal is fueling my sad!

I’m disappointed that the umbrella is the big ticket item in this box. I stopped subscribing the last few months because I’ve been unimpressed (I still got sucked into the mystery box deal though!) The only this is curious about is the make up eraser, but I’ll just see if I can swap someone for it.

I’m excited for this box! The bath oil sounds like it smells delicious and I am excited to try it. I’ve also been wanting to try the makeup eraser so I’m glad it’s included. The umbrella is cute and I’m sure the hot cocoa is delicious because I loved that brands chocolate cake from last December. The mug is a little plain but I love mugs so I’ll take it! Also I will be needing a new eyeliner soon so happy I can try something new and I’m actually excited for the book!

Just got charged for the PS Mini.. anybody see any spoilers on that yet.. hope it’s not the book .. glad I didn’t take the plunge on this sub again this month. ?

Love it all. Will trade or try to sell the book, And probably the mug although they make an easy gift.

I will use everything in this box (except maybe the book) so I’m totally happy. I must have different taste than everyone else I guess.

Well I’ve been kind of curious about the Makeup Eraser and… uh… uh…

Nope. This box sucks.

I love PSMH but this box is very dissapointing. The price on the MANUAL umbrella is so inflated, and everything else looks like things I could have gotten at tjmax for less than the $42 a box. I always try to stay excited but honestly I’m thinking of canceling and just buying after seen full spoiler because this is one of those boxes that my husband would look at and laugh… Sure when you add the inflated prices at the end you’ll get $120.00 value box but in reality who would pay $58 for that manual umbrella? $16 for that mug? Ect.. I was expecting something different just based on the themed which did not at all matched. Sorry for the negative comments, I always try to see the exciting thing on a box. It is my birthday month so I’m more excited about boxes this month and have been desperately awaiting this one.
