Thanks, Luna, for letting us know about this new candle subscription box from Nest Fragrances!

The Subscription Box: Next by Nest Fragrances

The Cost: $56 a box (available in 3 or 6 month options)

The Products: Inside each month’s box, you’ll find:
• One Classic Candle
• One Votive Candle
• A note from our Founder, Laura Slatkin, on the month’s curated scent
• A special surprise gift
All will be housed in a beautiful NEST fragrances box that is perfect for gifting

Ships to: US Only

The first box for October is Pumpkin Chai, and SPOILER Alert for the November and December boxes:

So far, these scents look amazing!

What do you think of this candle subscription from Nest? Are you going to sign up? The $56 cost is the equivalent of the classic ($40) and votive ($16) costs, so with free shipping and a bonus gift, I'm hoping this box also provides a good value!

Not a pumpkin or pine girl myself. The candles look beautiful but the cost is too high taking a gamble on scents I may not like. What do holidays smell like anyway? My best friend’s Jewish home smells a lot different than my Catholic home in December 🙂

The bonus gifts each month will probably be something like a diffuser, lotion, or a hand soap of that selected scent.

I’m so curious to see what that special surprise gift is! I was thinking it could be something perfume related. To make it really worth it (since the main products are valued at exactly what the subscription costs), I would hope it’s a rollerball of one of their perfumes, which retail for $25 to at least add almost an extra 50% to the RV of the box.

Hmm, will probably wait to see a couple reviews, since you can also get Nest products from Sephora and SpaceNK to name a few, and get free shipping and “bonus” items from promo codes.

And receive points for your purchase at Sephora!

I like the idea but isn’t $56 the exact retail value of the two candles? I’m thinking I’d rather just select the scents I love for the exact same dollar amount.

Yep, that is the issue. If I cannot pick what I want, I am not paying retail!

I don’t see anything on the website about a bonus gift or special surprise. It only says each box include one votive and one classic candle.

I pulled that info from their FAQ page on the subscription:

Hope that helps!

I would sign up for spring fragrances; as much as I like fall and winter I’m not a huge fan of the scent stories for those times. I would like to see a diffuser option for spring and summer since I live in Vegas and the last thing I want to do is light a candle in 100 degree weather. I’m excited to see where this subscription goes.

Yeah this Vegas heat is no joke. The wind was cold today though. Im hiding under my blanket already.

I like your diffuser option idea!
