  1. I received my shipping notice but my box only weighs 1.4 pounds, which seems light!

    • Is your box moving yet. My label was created on 01/27/2016, and has not moved or updated and mine is also 1.4lbs. I received a shipping notice from PS on the 28th. Not sure what is going on, unless they are sending all boxes to Fed Ex today???

      • People seem to be getting notices but not me! No emails, no notices, my account still just shows “processing” for the Feb box and my FedEx tracker shows nothing being shipped out to me at all. I have a feeling I won’t be seeing this valentine box any time before valentine’s day at all. Big surprise. Yes, I’m a little bitter because this has become a really tiresome routine with this and other subs and I’m on the east coast, no less. Upstate NY. I could drive to Wappingers Falls and back in a day. My best guess about the low shipping weights others are seeing is that it’s jewelry?

        • No shipping notice for me either – I live in the midwest so it usually takes at least 10 days to get from NY to me.

        • I’m also on the East coast and haven’t received tracking yet. Perhaps they send them out alphabetically, my last name begins with W.
          Anyone still waiting named Young, or Xavier?

  2. Dangit, ladies, I caved! I caved hard! The FOMO on this one was off the charts, so I went back on my promise to scale waaay back on boxes this year and ordered this today. (Well, I used to have 11 and now have 7, so I’m doing a little better!) ๐Ÿ˜€

  3. Has anyone else received tracking for their Feb box, but is still waiting for the Jan box to arrive? I have a tracking email for my Jan box, and the tracking info only says “Label created” and that was about two weeks ago. I got my Feb tracking email today, and it is already in transit. Looks like I’ll get my Feb box before the Jan one!

  4. I just got my tracking info!! It’s scheduled to be delivered a week from today! XD

    I hope I’m not letting myself get overly excited. But I’ve just LOVED the past three boxes after about six months of blasรฉ. So I’m all squeeeeeee!

  6. I CAN’T WAIT! Sorry for the all caps, last box was great and I have a good feeling about it this one especially if there are treats inside!
    Also, loving that some of you are already getting tracking info. West coast shouldn’t be too far behind! Maybe it’s so awesome they know to get ours out EARLY because everyone is going to want it for Valentine’s day ??

  7. Last year’s February box was pretty amazing – Baublebar arrow necklace, heart cutting board and Tarte blush plus a few other goodies. Not forgetting the Rocky Road chocolate, ladies!!

    • Yep! Last year’s February box still stands as one of my all-time favorite boxes.

    • Yes, last year’s February box is one of my all time favorite boxes. That chocolate rocky road bar was amazing and I love the heart cutting board

  10. I’d LOVE to order this, but, sadly, I was one who received the dreaded email canceling my Popsugar Target box. I’ve yet to see the refund, but, according to their website, it was processed a long time ago… I had received the email that I’ll get a free Today’s Show box which I was thrilled about. So, I felt that I should order another box because of their generous offer to make things right, so I ordered the November box. I’m now down $94.99 and have yet to receive shipping confirmation on either box, any communication indicating when I may receive either the refund for the Target box…nothing, so I’m afraid to get in any deeper with them on my debit card with zero product since this started over three weeks ago!!! ๐Ÿ™

    • Keep trying. I had a problem like that and they refunded me the next day and took care of my concerns. Maybe one of the Service Reps dropped the ball. So keep trying, maybe send another e-mail with these concerns. Another thing I noticed about customer service on these boxes is they deal with so many people and the nicer we are to them,they are more willing to help you. I know I got irritated one time because of a mishap and it didn’t get me any closure. So I thought about it and thought I will change my way of handling this. And I haven’t had any problems. Actually it’s helped and is a pleasure now. So don’t give up Keebler. ?

      • Thanks for the advice! ๐Ÿ™‚ I really appreciate. I actually have not even contacted them yet… I could tell from the comments here that they have been swamped with calls, emails, complaints, errors, problems…. I figured if I was patient, they, like any other reputable company, would handle it in a reasonable and timely fashion. I suppose that’s rather naive of me after what I’ve read on here, lol!! One would think a reputable company who is actively trying to grow their monthly subscribers on a regular basis instead of temporarily halting growth until they can actually service their existing customer base and fill their existing orders would have already had a concrete and functional plan in place. Guess you can wish in one hand….

        In seeing that the February boxes were being shipped today, perhaps I’ll wait until Monday to see if they will then be shipping other items….

        • I’m another one waiting for candle replacement. First I was told that they would ship out within 2 weeks, then I was told that these were out of inventory BUT they’d send me replacement (did I prefer stars, suns, some other such nonsense) candles. That was mid-December. After reading the posts here I decided to contact PS yet again and the answer was that they don’t have any inventory, don’t plan to get anymore and will issue a credit to my bank account, no mention of how much.
          I suspect this is something I’m going to have to stay on top of!

          • Yup same here. First issue I’ve ever had with them. I received broken candles and was told id get replacements of a different print on the candles. Then just last week they emailed and said they’re out of stock and I’d receive a partial refund plus a different item as their apology. I’m still waiting….which reminds me I should go check my account. ….

    • I had a really awful time with billing and getting. Responses as well! I bought the holiday box and December. I was charged 5 times! Which was almost $700! (Which still has not been completely addressed yet) My candles were broken and I was told I would be sent new ones. About a month and a half later they finally responded and said they were out of the candles and had to refund instead. Unfortunately their customer service is pretty awful.

      • Oh no!! *sigh* why can’t all customer service be like that you get from Amazon??!!??

    • Wait a minute. You were able to order the November box after November? I had signed up specifically for the Nov box, but they neglected to ship it to me. They said it was sold out and that they would give me a “free” month to make up for it. But their idea of a “free” month was just shipping me the December box (which I had NO interest in). Since I had already paid for a box, this was not “free” it was just a substitution. A classic example of the old bait and switch. They took my money for one thing that I wanted and gave me something I didn’t want instead.

      • It’s one of the past boxes that are on clearance…. $19.99

    • Try to file a claim with your credit card company, show them proof of an email that you have tried to resolve this on your own. I had the same issue, and that was the *only* way I could resolve it.

  15. I don’t understand why they can’t do the holiday items the month before? Like a planner in Dec? V day stuff in Jan? We get our boxes so late in the month (or I do) that it would be perfect timing for that.

    • That’s what I keep saying!!!!! Why do these boxes not do this stuff?!?!

  16. They should really be careful putting holiday specific items in when we all know well and good nobody but the bloggers are going to get their boxes until the last week of the month (well after V-Day).

  17. I hope I receive my Feb box before Valentines day. They charged my credit card on Jan. 23rd. I also hope they would include an actual food/snack item in the box coz it’s my daughter who opens it for me and she now says ” Aw, nothing for me” Lol. They used to include snack items…idk why changed

  19. I hope there’s an actual delicious food item rather than what’s been happening lately with weird mixes and gum. Just give us some darn chocolate!

  20. Saw on their hints website they can’t guarantee delivery by the 14th. I hope we don’t have a remake of the halloween nail art we received after halloween.

  22. Wow! I just received a shipment notification for my February box. There must be something in there that we need before Valentine’s Day. Yay!

    • I just got mine yesterday

    • I haven’t either, and I have a feeling I’m not getting one. They created a label for it but Fed Ex never received the item to ship. I know I’m not the only person this happened to but they must have oversold the January box also because I asked where it is and they don’t have any left.

      • Sorry Chelsea, I don’t think they oversold January bc my mom got an email a few days ago saying that they had 500 January boxes left, and that’s *after* they double billed and sent me and I’m guessing a few other people January boxes bc of the 6 month sale, and we never canceled our month to month.

        • I finally got someone to respond to me and they said it was Fed Ex’s fault. They said they have a few more left but it will take another week or so for them to send me the box or they could refund it. Since I started my subscription just for this box, I asked them to send me one. Fingers crossed that they actually send it this time.

          • My 2 January boxes also had no tracking (looked like they never got picked up by Fedex) but mysteriously showed up yesterday. I think what happened is Fedex gave incorrect tracking. So don’t give up hope that your original box will appear soon!

  25. mirror/poetry/cards? (adoring), chocolates/caramel (indulging) Pink Lipstick (Confident) and Earrings or necklace (Hearts) or candy hearts
    That’s my guess lol although I am sure there is more. Plus I can never fully line up their hints and what they actually send.

    • OoOoOhh!! I could def go for a new mirror!! The one I got in my LE Birchbox was cracked…?

  26. Can someone please explain this FedEx tracker to me? I can’t seem to figure it out- ha! Thanks in advance!

    • Yea so ill explain it from a mobile device point of view.
      Go to the fedex website, on top right corner click log in and then register to create an account. You’ll be Prompted to add your personal info I.e Name and address.

      Once that’s done you can click “Launch the fedex tracking” button that’s available when you go and try to look up a tracking number

      All boxes that are being sent through fedex to the address you provided should Come up

      • Thank you SO much for your help! Turns out mine wasn’t showing up because it takes 90-120 to verify your address and I just moved recently!

    • How do you set up a fex ex account to check like that? Thanks!

      • Go to Fed Ex.com and where it says welcome in the top left corner and click new customer and just fill out the form and you are all set. It will show any tracking, label created items coming your way! Also you can this on USPS and UPS. That tells you I have way to many sub boxes coming through!! lol

          • Nope. Just sign up!

          • No credit card info unless you are shipping something.

  30. Hopefully if there’s something “Hearts” – we can all get it before the 14th… especially since they billed us so early for the Feb box.

    • I know, I never receive the “holiday” item before the holiday, i.e. Gift tags and tape after Christmas. Planner after New Years, they need to send themed item in the preceding month.
