  1. I got my box today – it’s my least favorite Beauty Fix box yet – by far. The only thing I like is the neck cream. Did anybody get an eye pencil in charcoal? I was hoping for that but got black. I wonder if eye cream with caffeine would have any effect on migraines? I was thinking I couldn’t use it because it might be a trigger, but maybe I should try it and see if it would shrink the blood vessels. That’s probably why they put it in eye cream – to shrink blood vessels and make the eye area less puffy.

  2. I just got the box today and this sounds so weird, but it smelled bad. Did anybody else experience this? I tried to return the box but Beauty Fix refunded me instead. They have amazing customer service! I’m bummed.

  3. Got mine today. The samples aren’t huge but its a nice variety and will use most of them. So I’m happy with this month’s box!

  4. I’m excited for this box, I might not use everything but I’m still curious. Really looking forward to trying the Avene.

  5. The worst Beautyfix box is still miles better than the best Glossybox.

    • Sad but very, very true. Not sure if Glossy still ships at the end of the month and keeps some of the worst customer service ever (the main reason I cancelled)

  6. What a great box! And signing up for half price? Heck yah! I don’t do boxycharm or glossybox anymore, and this looks muuuuch more my style than the products they give out. I’ll probably keep this box for these last 3 months of the year. That’s when sub boxes usually get pretty generous!

  7. Have any of you been billed yet? Mine has not come out and I’m wondering if I should call them or send a message.

    • They sent me an email saying they billed me and it’s on its way.

    • Just got me email a few hours ago!

  8. I enjoy every single month when I am getting this box. I just wish they would insert more full size products . Their customer service is awesome as well. Can’t complain about anything.

  9. I love this sub box. Being over 40 skincare is very important and I will definitely use almost everything in this box. Its always worth the cost of the box

    • My feelings zackly. Being a little older means there’s no such thing as too much face cream, and this subscription keeps me in good supply with plenty of variety for fine-tuning a regime for $25/mo. Still my favorite box.

  10. I cancelled after last month, and so far, I don’t regret it. I literally didn’t use a single item from last month, and the couple of boxes before that had very few items I used. There are a couple of things in here I would use, but nothing I really need.

  11. I have at least four of those things already, mostly from Birchbox or BeautyDNA. Oh well.

  12. I cannot find where I can resubscribe. There is a link where you can get Septembers box but there is nothing for Octobers! Does anybody know anything?

    • i have the same problem too! yesterday only the september box was available, and today nothing at all. I was afraid if i signed up yesterday, i’d get the sept box instead :S

    • October is up now, I just got one.

  13. I unsubscribed after the August box. I was sure I’d regret it at the time (this used to be my favorite sub) but this would’ve been another disappointing box for me. I don’t see anything I would’ve used, except maybe the hand cream. I received the eye cream in my Birchbox last month and wasn’t a huge fan– it smells so sweet and I’ve got other eye creams that hydrate better.

  14. This will be my third box and I really have enjoyed these boxes so far. This box is looking pretty good as well. I got an Avene spa water in my mystery box and I like it. Its a nice little spritz to refresh your face. I look forward to trying the hand cream and masks are always great.

  15. Are they sold out? I went to sign up and I couldn’t find where to buy only BeautyFix skincare products…

    • nvm, it seems I was blind and didn’t see it wasn’t available yet. lol

  16. This box has been one of the best I’ve ever gotten. I’ve had two now and I absolutely swear to you that I’ve used every single product provided! I did get one small eye cream repeat, but since I liked it I wasn’t too upset. The over all ratio of full size and deluxe to the whole box is insane! And so many high end products I never would have gotten the chance to try otherwise. I’m super thrilled and I can’t wait for my next box!

  17. I want the neck cream and the mask, which alone would be worth more than the price of the box. The masks sell on Birchbox for $110 for 10, so having two is about $22 worth, and the full-size neck tightening cream is $75 for 1.7 oz, so I’m guessing even a small sample (that tube looks like it’s about 1 oz) would be at least $20 worth. I’m getting a sample of the Avene water spray in my Birchbox, so if I like that I might get this box.

But then I’ll end up with a bunch of other stuff that I don’t want or need! The coffee bean cream is awesome and smells lovely, but I have SO much eye cream to use. I have NO need for any makeup, hand cream, or hair regrowth treatment. I guess this is what it means to be a subscription addict lol.

  18. I unsubscribed after seeing the spoilers for the September box, and I was hoping that this box would make me want to subscribe again. It doesn’t. The only full size products seem to be the eye shadow and pencil, and that eyeshadow color is horrible.

The box wouldn’t seem so bad if we hadn’t had so many great Beauty Fix boxes from February to June and then again in August. But it seems that those good times are over.

    • It looks like the Follimedica could easily be full size. It retails for 35.00 for 2 oz. The Riloxin Masks are essentially full size, as the “full size box” is 10 masks for 110.00. That is 22.00 right there. The Cargo eye shadow looks to be full size, and it’s nice to see a color that will work for WOC and those with darker tones for a change vs. the super light shades that don’t show up on anyone darker than shade 20. I think a lot of people will be surprised by how well this color will work for them–purples are gorgeous with brown and green eyes. If it’s full size, it’s 16.00. It would also make a great eyeliner. How many people completely pan eyeshadows? Even if it’s a DS, it still has some value. The Eye pencil retails for 14.00, and appears to be full size as well. These items alone would be 87.00, so it appears the Box will easily meet it’s 100.00 minimum retail value.

Like anything else, some things will work for people, and other things won’t. Its the gamble of a subscription box, but they really do hit their value consistently.

  19. Liz check the birchbox Instagram, they have a new LE box it looks awesome!

    • Checking now. Thank you!! 🙂

  20. I’m thrilled to be getting some splashes of color this month!

  21. The products are almost always small. Every month I tell myself I’m going to cancel but I really like trying these products that normally wouldn’t be on my radar. This box has introduced me to some new favorites and because they’re so small they usually include a good variety.

    • i agree with you about the diversified product selection beauty fix offers. That’s the only reason i keep it around.
Im tired of getting the same 5-6 brands over and over and over again in my other boxes.

      • Ditto! I love BeautyFix for the variety of amazing products that I would never try otherwise. Small samples are perfect for me b/c I waste too many full-sized products… And once again, these are all new products for me personally. 🙂

  22. I got through coffee bean rye cream in a birchbox and really liked it

    • Should say eye cream – LOL

    • I like the coffee bean eye cream too.

  23. Oh – now I see the phone number to call. I wish it was just a simple online cancellation process.

    • They have instant message customer service.

      • ? What do you mean?

  24. How do you cancel? I can’t find out where on my account page.

    • You have to call them or message them from the website with your account number.

  25. hmm these look quite small.
    i hope im wrong

  26. Is everything full size ?

    • looks opposite, nothing looks full size 🙁

    • The Cargo shadow is full size, I think the eye cream is full size, and the eye liner may be full size. They sent out that same hand cream last year, and I’m not sure if it’s full size or not. Some hand creams are pretty small.
