I made a horrible life choice and colored my own hair during quarantine. Yes, I know, I know, dumb idea. But ever since that fateful day, my hair and scalp have been extra dry, so I’m always thankful to receive any hair oils. But this Malaya Organics Hair Oil Repair & Style is the crème de la crème of all the oils I have tried so far. I am seriously so impressed — this organic oil blend almost has the texture of a dry oil, being that it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave behind an oily residue. I felt an immediate difference when I applied to my scalp, and my ends are looking much less dry. My hair feels super soft and looks incredibly shiny after application. Enriched with argan oil and avocado oil, nourishing herbal extracts, nettle leaf, rosemary leaf, and clary sage, this hair oil is giving me LIFE and adding shine to my hair, reducing split ends, and combatting frizz.

Tamanu Oil Lab Tamanu Radiant Face & Body Oil, 30 ml - Listed Value $38.00
I’m not going to lie… The thought of using a face oil in the summer months scares me. But then I did some research on tamanu oil — and wow. Tamanu oil is a brilliant solution for problematic skin. It is a powerful skin regenerator with the ability to treat conditions like rosacea, eczema, dermatitis, acne, and scarring. With possibilities like that, I had to try this Tamanu Radiant Face & Body Oil. I decided to add the oil to my nighttime skincare routine. The product is very THICC and it took about 10 to 15 minutes to actually absorb, during which I of coursed panicked about clogged pores. But much to my surprise, no irritation, no breakouts, just fresh, healthy, radiant-looking skin in the morning. Formulated with Tamanu oil, rosehip seed oil, ylang ylang oil, this blend is designed to treat wrinkles, fine lines, sagging or thin skin, dull and dry skin, and acne.

Nourish Naturals Lucid Glow Vegan Lip Shimmer in Ripe Cherry, 2.2 ml - Listed Value $16.00
I honestly have nothing new to say about the Nourish Naturals Lucid Glow Vegan Lip Shimmer. They come almost every other month in the Nourish Beauty Box and are always very hydrating, smell delicious, and have a beautiful shimmer to them. This month the shade is “Ripe Cherry,” and I think it’s my official favorite shade from the Lucid Glow line so far! I love how it’s just a little brighter and adds a pop of color without being over the top. Nourish Naturals’ formula for these lip shimmers is incredibly hydrating and includes ingredients like sunflower, avocado, apricot, and jojoba oils that create a shimmering, illuminating lip treatment that works double-time to moisturize and nourish your lips. The product applies smoothly, with a standard doe-foot applicator, and has a scrumptious scent that is absolutely delightful.

Seraphine Botanicals Goji + Galaxy Ethereal Glow Palette, 14 g - Listed Value $55.00
This Seraphine Botanicals Goji + Galaxy Ethereal Glow Palette is the first palette I think I have ever received in the Nourish Beauty Box! EXCITING! This palette features four blendable cream-based highlighters — Frozen (Icy Prismatic Frost), Andromeda (Lightstruck Pink), Crystalline (Pearlescent Gold), and Shard (Strobed Platinum). I am absolutely loving Frozen! Each of these diffused, multi-dimensional shades can be worn individually or in combination with each other for a customizable ethereal glow. The product is soft and creamy, and it applies smoothly with just fingers.

Verdict: I'm really happy with the quality and variety of products in this month's Nourish Beauty Box! I absolutely love the Malaya Hair Oil — it's an incredibly nourishing organic blend of botanicals that has been revitalizing my dry ends. The Goji + Galaxy Palette has a beautiful combination of prismatic highlighters that are easy to apply and pop on the high points of my face. I also am very excited to have discovered Tamanu Oil in the Radiant Face & Body Oil, and I look forward to seeing what impact it can have on my skin long term. Lastly, the Nourish Naturals Lucid Glow Vegan Lip Shimmer... I really, really like the tint of the Ripe Cherry shade we received this month. With a retail value of $154, this box is definitely worth it, in my opinion. Subscribers received compatible but varied all-natural, high-quality skincare, haircare, and makeup products that make this subscription a must-have!
